PORTABLE CONTAINER FOR A DISPOSABLE CUP
The invention relates to portable devices for collecting small items of waste. A portable container is used, into which a disposable vessel, such as a cup, can be inserted and secured. The container consists of a rigid housing having upper and lower flip lids with seals. The upper lid further has a funnel opening, and the inside part of the container housing has a conical shape, the diameter of the lower inside part of the container housing being smaller than the diameter of the upper inside part, and also smaller than the diameter of the base of a disposable cup. The bottom of the lower part of the container housing has a hole, and the lower lid tightly closes the hole in the bottom of the container housing. The device makes it possible to collect small items of waste in a sealingly closable replaceable disposable vessel, while protecting same against deformation and damage.
COUGH SPREAD CONTROL DEVICE
Disclosed is a device to control the spread of airborne pathogens emanating from a cough. The device has an elongated substantially hollow body comprising a longitudinal axis and opposite proximal and distal openings. The proximal opening defines a region for engaging the device with the mouth of a user that allows exhaled air from a cough to enter an interior space of the elongated body. An end member is removably engaged to the distal opening of the elongated body. The end member has an elongated substantially hollow body comprising a longitudinal axis connecting a proximal opening and a distal wall. The proximal opening of the end member is engaged with the distal opening of the elongated body. The distal wall of the end member has one or more openings to permit air flow therethrough. A filter element is positioned within the end member adjacent the distal wall.
EMESIS CONTAINER WITH INTEGRAL SPOUTS AND HANDLES
An emesis container that has two diametrically opposed pour spouts which are integral to the body of the container and form handles by which the user may grip the emesis container is disclosed. Further disclosed is the improvement of integrating recessed areas into the junction of the spouts and the body of the emesis container. An alternate embodiment with additional features encouraging children to use the emesis container as designed is also disclosed. A lid can be mechanically affixed to the container for secure storage of the contents.

Vomit Bag with Anti-nausea Aroma Dispenser
A vomit receptacle that includes a nausea relief substance that may be released on demand to relieve the nausea of a user who also must be prepared to contain a vomiting event. The receptacle may be a flexible bag, and the relief substance may be contained in a sealed packet in the bag, or in a kit with the bag. The substance may be an aromatic essential oil such as peppermint oil.
Cough containment apparatus
A laminated, antiviral and silver impregnated, 100% activated woven carbon cloth is fashioned into a biodegradable disposable device. The device has the ability to capture and kill viruses, germs and bacteria that emanate from the cough as one suffers the effects of respiratory infections. The device attaches to the wrist and is to be used at first signs of respiratory infection, such as the cold or flu. When one begins to cough, the idea is to press your mouth against the device and deliver the cough instead of coughing into ones hands, sleeve or open air. The carbon base device is antiviral, anti-germ and antibacterial inside and out and will remain effective throughout the entire bout of the cold or flu and is then disposed of. The cough containment apparatus provides security to its users and others, in knowing that the virus is being contained.

Cuspidor Funnels Attachable to Empty Drink Containers
Two embodiments of a cuspidor funnel are described, each of which may be securely attached to an empty beverage container, and then detached from the container with the container being disposed of after use. A first is attached to a standard sized beverage can while the second is structured to be attached to a standard sized beverage bottle. The can embodiment includes a cylindrical structure that snaps onto the beverage can top rim and positions a funnel neck into the opening of the beverage can typical of a press-tab opening soda or beer can. This funnel neck receives fluid captured by the angled funnel wall formed on the top face of the cuspidor funnel. The beverage bottle embodiment includes a generally cylindrical structure that is threaded onto the beverage bottle opening typical of most single serving plastic beverage bottle containers.
