COMPOSITIONS, METHODS, AND SYSTEMS FOR THE SYNTHESIS AND USE OF IMAGING AGENTS
The present invention generally relates to novel synthetic methods, systems, kits, salts, and precursors useful in medical imaging. In some embodiments, the present invention provides compositions comprising an imaging agent precursor, which may be formed using the synthetic methods described herein. An imaging agent may be converted to an imaging agent using the methods described herein. In some cases, the imaging agent is enriched in .sup.18F. In some cases, an imaging agent including salt forms (e.g., ascorbate salt) may be used to image an area of interest in a subject, including, but not limited to, the heart, cardiovascular system, cardiac vessels, brain, and other organs.
Therapeutic angiogenesis for treatment of the spine and other tissues
Methods for the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic spinal conditions, degenerative disc disease, back pain and/or other tissue pathologies. Patients with ischemic spine disease can be categorized into subsets that are deemed to have potential to respond to therapy. In particular, therapies are disclosed which involve stimulation of neovascularization so as to increase perfusion of spinal and other anatomies.

PET tracer for imaging of neuroendocrine tumors
There is provided a radiolabelled peptide-based compound for diagnostic imaging using positron emission tomography (PET). The compound may thus be used for diagnosis of malignant diseases. The compound is particularly useful for imaging of somatostatin overexpression in tumors, wherein the compound is capable of being imaged by PET when administered with a target dose in the range of 150-350 MBq, such as 150-250 MBq, preferable in the range of 191-210 MBq.
Agents, Uses and Methods for the Treatment of Synucleinopathy
The invention relates to novel monoclonal anti-alpha-synuclein antibodies. The antibodies can be used for treating a synucleinopathy such as Parkinson's disease (including idiopathic and inherited forms of Parkinson's disease), Diffuse Lewy Body Disease (DLBD), Lewy body variant of Alzheimer's disease (LBV), Combined Alzheimer's and Parkinson disease, pure autonomic failure and multiple system atrophy.

TUMOR STROMA IMAGING AGENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF
A tumor stroma imaging agent with a chemical structural formula (I):
##STR00001##
is provided, where R is hydrogen or fluorine. Compared with the prior art, the tumor stroma imaging agent exhibits significant affinity for fibroblast activation protein (FAP), high uptake for a malignant tumor with high FAP expression in a tumor stroma, and high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of a malignant tumor, and is not prone to false positives. Therefore, the tumor stroma imaging agent can be effectively and safely used for the diagnosis and treatment of various malignant tumors with a prolonged half-life and an extended window period, which is conducive to clinical application.
