Compounds, compositions and associated methods using zirconium-89 in immuno-positron emission tomography
Disclosed are novel compounds, complexes, compositions and methods using Zirconium-89 combined with azamacrocyclic chelators in connection with PET. The compositions and methods should provide better diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic oncology treatments relative to the presently available chelator compositions due to a variety of superior properties of the disclosed compositions. The present invention also relates to a superior method of making these compounds, complexes, compositions that allows one to make compounds/complexes (and thus, compositions) that were previously unattainable.
Shielding assembly for a radioisotope delivery system having multiple radiation detectors
A shielding assembly may be used in a nuclear medicine infusion system that generates and infuse radioactive liquid into a patient undergoing a diagnostic imaging procedure. In some examples, the shielding assembly has multiple compartments each formed of a shielding material providing a barrier to radioactive radiation. For example, the shielding assembly may have a first compartment configured to receive a radioisotope generator that generates a radioactive eluate via elution, a second compartment configured to receive a beta detector, and a third compartment configured to receive a gamma detector. In some examples, the compartments are arranged to minimize background radiation emitted by the radioisotope generator and detected by the gamma detector to enhance the quality of the measurements made by the gamma detector.
Liposomal formulation for the oral hepatic delivery of drugs
The present invention relates to liposomal compositions, comprising liposomes containing tetraether lipids (TELs), and further comprising the lipopeptide Myr-HBVpreS/2-48 (Myrcludex B) as part of said liposomes, as well as uses thereof for the prevention or treatment of hepatic disorders or diseases, and/or for the oral hepatic delivery of therapeutic and/or diagnostic agents.
High-resolution optical molecular imaging systems, compositions, and methods
A composition includes a plurality of gold nanoparticles each having at least one surface. The gold nanoparticles have an average length of at least about 90 nm and an average width of at least about 25 nm.
Compound Amphiphilic Peptide Nanomicelle, Preparation and Use Thereof
Disclosed is a composite amphiphilic peptide nanomicelle, the preparation method and application, as to a novel integrin .sub.v.sub.3-targeted amphiphilic peptide nanomicelles, the applications in fluorescence imaging, photodynamic therapy, sonodynamic therapy and combined treatments. Based on the prominent properties of integrin .sub.v.sub.3-targeted amphiphilic peptide nanomicelles such as great biocompability, fluorescence imaging of encapsulated materials, photodynamic therapy and photothermal therapy, it is promising to be widely used in the field of labeling and tracing in vivo, biomedical imaging, early detection and treatment for tumor. It has good economic and social benefits in terms of life health and personalized medicine.

INCOMPATIBLE BLOOD GROUP ANTIGEN FOR CANCER DETECTION AND TREATMENT
The present invention provides compositions and methods directed to incompatible blood group antigens. In particular, the present invention relates to anti-incompatible BG-A antibody molecules targeting a novel immune epitope in the incompatible BG-A antigen, such as the epitope bound by CRC-A1. The invention also relates to nucleic acids encoding such antibody molecules; to host cells expressing or capable of expressing such antibody molecules; to compositions comprising such antibody molecules or fragments thereof; and to uses of such antibody molecules or such compositions, in particular for therapeutic and detection purposes in the field of cancer diseases.
JCV IMAGING METHODS AND COMPOSITIONS
Provided herein, in some aspects, are methods of administering to a subject a thymidine kinase substrate having a label and detecting presence or absence of the label as an indication of the presence of a polyomavirus (e.g., JCV and BK).
