The covering includes a front portion and a back portion, with both being formed from a pliable material. The front portion and the back portion are connected to form a pocket, with the front portion and the back portion further defining an opening configured to receive legs of the user. Further, a flap is connected to and extends from an end of the back portion proximal the opening, the flap being configured to be sat on by the user.
