A display capable of being easily and quickly constructed from panels, shelving, racks, fixtures, endcaps, stands, or other implements is contemplated. The display may include planar panels capable of being effortlessly and swiftly folded and assembled into a serving stadium having a tiered structure for displaying food and other items in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

A display control apparatus (2000) is configured to: acquire a target image (10) including a display apparatus (30) provided at an exhibition place (40) and a product (20) exhibited in the exhibition place (40); to recognize the product (20) included in the target image (10), and acquire relevant information (54) of the product (20); determine, based on a relative positional relationship within the target image (10) between the product (20) and the display apparatus (30), a display position at which a display (32) representing the relevant information (54) of the product (20) is displayed in the display apparatus (30); and display the display (32) of the product (20) at the determined display position on the display apparatus (30).

This disclosure is directed to product merchandising systems that and designed to prevent brute force attempts to steal a product on display. The merchandising systems include security features that enhances the strength of the connection between a puck assembly and a base assembly and between the base assembly and a display surface. The merchandising systems are suited for withstanding brute force pulling attacks on the puck assembly and the base assembly.

A garment hanger comprising a rail engaging portion and garment supporting means in the form of a deformable elongate member. The end of the elongate member distal from the rail engaging portion comprises a first part of a connection mechanism such that the elongate member can be deformed back upon itself and connected to a second part of the connection mechanism of the hanger to form a closed loop. The present invention relates generally to a bat hanger device comprised of a base plate with at least two curved protruding arms that secure a baseball bat vertically in the air. The base plate of the device also has at least one continuous opening that can be received by at least one clip, that allows the device to be secured to a chain-link fence. One embodiment of the device may also comprise at least one magnet in the base plate, which further aids in securing a baseball bat on the device. Accordingly, the device retains a baseball bat in a position above a ground surface and away from the fence to which the device is attached.

An anti-theft merchandise hook that includes a top wire connected to a housing at a first end of the top wire, and to a mounting portion, used to mount the anti-theft merchandise hook to a stationary surface, at a second end of the top wire opposite the first end. A bottom wire is attached to the mounting portion and extends from the mounting portion towards the housing. The bottom wire is configured to hold retail merchandise. A hanger is at least partially disposed within the housing. The hanger is configured to move between a closed position in which the hanger abuts the bottom wire, and an open position in which the hanger is spaced some distance from the bottom wire. A motor is configured to move the hanger between the closed position and the open position.

A merchandising system includes a rail having a base. A first wall extends from the base and has a first engagement surface. A second wall extends from the base and includes a second engagement surface facing the first engagement surface and spaced apart from the first engagement surface by a channel. The merchandising system also includes a cooperating member including a first portion received within the channel and a second portion extending from the second wall of the rail. The first portion is operable to selectively engage the first engagement surface and the second engagement surface.

According to an aspect, a display device includes a plurality of sub-pixels. Each of the sub-pixels includes a memory block including a memory configured to store therein sub-pixel data and a sub-pixel electrode coupled to the memory block. The memory includes first and second transistors configured to store therein the sub-pixel data in accordance with an electrical charge of a floating gate, the first and second transistors include respective drains that are coupled to each other, and a coupling point of the drains is coupled to a node. The sub-pixel electrode is coupled to the node, and each of the sub-pixels is configured to display an image based on a potential of the node.

A method and apparatus for an erectable shelf display can transition between a collapsed flattened configuration and a deployed standing display configuration simply and quickly without the need for tools, fasteners, adhesives, or complicated instruction. The erectable shelf display makes use of a foldable frame and folding shelves that work in conjunction to allow the erectable shelf to have a collapsed flattened configuration for storage and transportation and a deployed standing display configuration wherein the foldable frame maintains and locks the deployed configuration of the shelves into place, while the deployed configuration of the shelves maintains and locks the foldable frame in the deployed standing display configuration. This allows the erectable shelf display to be formed of lighter, less durable, and/or disposable materials typically used for temporary displays but still support weight comparative to a permanent display and have durability more comparable to a permanent display.
