A food processing system includes a base and an actuator that is releasably mounted to the base. The actuator may have an unactuated position and an actuated position. Numerous accessories each may be individually and interchangeably mountable to and releasable from at least one of the base and the actuator. Each attachment may perform a food processing function when the actuator is moved from the unactuated position to the actuated position.

A device for use in cutting open and removing the seed and flesh of an avocado is disclosed. The device includes a first handle member having a first end and a second end and a second handle member having a first end and a second end. The device also includes a first blade joining the first handle member and the second handle member together at their respective first ends and a second blade coupled to the first handle member and the second handle member at their respective second ends.

A device for use in cutting open and removing the seed and flesh of an avocado is disclosed. The device includes a first handle member having a first end and a second end and a second handle member having a first end and a second end. A jackfruit knife has a blade with generally parallel sides connected at a rounded end. Serrations are present on opposite edges of the blade sides and the rounded end. The blade may be attached to a handle for manual operation, or to an oscillating tool. The motion provided by the oscillating tool reduces or prevents the blade from sticking while cutting into the jackfruit core.

A jackfruit knife has a blade with generally parallel sides connected at a rounded end. Serrations are present on opposite edges of the blade sides and the rounded end. The blade may be attached to a handle for manual operation, or to an oscillating tool. The motion provided by the oscillating tool reduces or prevents the blade from sticking while cutting into the jackfruit core.

A food processing system includes a base unit having a gear housing, a frame arm extending from the gear housing on a first lateral side thereof, a drive screw extending between and operably coupled on respective ends thereof with the gear housing and a support end of the frame arm, and a retention fitting extending from the gear housing. An input hub extends from the gear housing opposite the drive screw and the retention fitting and is operably engaged with both the drive screw and the retention hub to drive synchronized rotational movement thereof with respect to the gear housing. A carrier is slidably coupled with the frame arm and is operably engaged with the drive screw. The system further includes a first cutting implement and a second cutting implement, each being alternately coupleable with the carrier.

A food processing device includes a gear housing, a frame arm extending from the gear housing on a first lateral side thereof to a support end, a drive screw extending between and operably coupled on respective ends thereof with a first face of the gear housing and the support end of the frame arm, and a retention hub operably coupled with the gear housing and extending generally parallel with and adjacent a portion of drive screw. The drive screw and the retention hub are linearly arranged with respect to the frame arm in sequential positions away from the first lateral side of the gear housing. The device further includes a carrier slidably coupled with the frame arm and operably engageable with the drive screw such that the rotational movement thereof drives corresponding linear movement of the carrier along the frame arm. The carrier defines at least one cutting implement thereon.

An apple peeler and corer is configured with a main body having a platform which is raised above a lower foundation for the main body. A crank handle drives a threaded rod toward a blade assembly for slicing an apple. A rocker arm carries a peeler blade and may be resiliently biased toward the blade assembly or locked in a position pivoted away from the blade assembly.
