SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ASSISTING PHYSICAL EXERCISES
A physical exercise assistant system and method are disclosed. The physical exercise assistant system includes a pattern generator, a pattern marker, and a user interface. The pattern generator is configured to generate a plurality of geometric patterns. The pattern marker is coupled to the pattern generator and configured to produce a first one of the plurality of geometric patterns on a ground. The user interface is configured to display the plurality of geometric patterns and receive an input for selecting the first one of the plurality of geometric patterns.
PORTABLE DRILL INSTRUCTOR FOR A SPORT
A method for portable drill instruction for a sport can include: capturing a live video of a player of the sport in a venue for the sport playing a ball launched from a ball machine during a training drill for the player conducted in the venue; determining in response to the live video whether or not the player satisfies a training goal of the training drill when playing the ball; and providing a real-time feedback to the player during the training drill that indicates to the player whether or not the training goal is satisfied.
SPORTING SENSOR-BASED APPARATUS, SYSTEM, METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT
According to one exemplary embodiment, an apparatus, system, method and/or computer program product may provide an athletic training performance analysis apparatus including at least one athletic training performance analysis device including at least one electronic sensor coupled to the at least one athletic training performance analysis device; at least one user interface coupled to the at least one athletic training performance analysis device configured to interact with a user to receive a user selection of at least one training performance analysis routine, the at least one user interface may include: at least one electronic computer processor coupled to the at least one electronic sensor; at least one input device coupled to the at least one electronic computer processor to receive the user selection; at least one output device coupled to the at least one electronic computer processor to provide output to the user; at least one electronic memory coupled to the at least one electronic computer processor; and at least one of: wherein the at least one electronic computer processor is configured to save or retrieve the at least one training performance analysis routine from the at least one memory; where the at least one electronic computer processor is configured to electronically monitor and electronically analyze the at least one training performance analysis routine based on the at least one electronic sensor; wherein the at least one electronic computer processor is configured to randomize at least one challenge by the at least one athletic training performance analysis device; or wherein the electronic computer processor is configured to at least one of: combine a plurality of previously saved of the at least one training performance analysis routine, or shuffle a plurality of previously saved of the at least one training performance analysis routine.
VIRTUAL SHIFTING FOR EXERCISE DEVICES
There is disclosed a system for engaging in exercise. The system includes a communications interface for receiving instructions from control software controlling operation of the exercise device, a resistance device for generating resistance to the exercise and applied to the exercise device, the resistance device for increasing or decreasing resistance for the exercise under control of the control software, and the control software operating to generate a simulated haptic movement, using the resistance device, by temporarily altering the resistance applied to the exercise device by the resistance device.
Tennis practice apparatus
A tennis practice apparatus that includes a main support member that is for mounting from an upright wall; an outer support member that is hinged with the main support member and includes a closed position wherein the outer support member is engaged against the main support member, and an open position wherein the outer support member is hinged to an open position that is substantially orthogonal to the main support member; and a pliable fabric sheet that extends between a top end of the main support member and the outer support member. The pliable fabric sheet defines a surface against which a user can hit tennis balls and retrieve tennis balls therefrom.
Golf swing training device
Disclosed are various embodiments of a golf training system. In one non-limiting example, a system includes a feedback device, a sensor, and a computing device. The computing device is configured to at least receive sensor data from the sensor during the golf swing of the user and identify a plurality of body movements in which each respective body movement corresponds to a stage of a golf swing sequence based at least in part on the sensor data. The computing device can also be configured to activate a plurality of feedback indicators according to the golf swing sequence for feedback to the user during the golf swing.
Golf Swing Trainer
A golf swing trainer includes a first tube with a first attachment arm that extends therefrom; a second tube at least partially telescoped into the first tube, the second tube having a second attachment arm that extends therefrom; a fourth attachment arm coupled to the first attachment arm for securing the first tube to a shaft of a golf club; a fifth attachment arm coupled to the second attachment arm for securing the second tube to the shaft of the golf club; and a weight movable within the first tube and the second tube. A method for pause drill training includes attaching a golf swing trainer to a shaft of a golf club such that a weight within the golf swing trainer is freely movable within a first tube and a second tube, the second tube at least partially telescoped into the first tube.
Batting tee
A batting tee and/or hitting training device is provided that includes a platform, a support extending upwardly from the platform and a holder disposed on the support opposite the platform for holding the ball to be hit. The holder includes a lower tubular member and an upper ball-retaining portion that are integrally formed with one another.
BALANCE TRAINING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Systems and methods are disclosed for human balance training. The systems and methods involve intermittently occluding the vision of a subject while the subject is engaged in a balance activity, such as walking on a balance beam, for example. Creating a brief period of continuous visual occlusion results in posterior parietal cortex activation, leading to enhanced balance training. The end result is much greater improvement in balance compared to physical training alone.
INSTANT MULTIFUNCTIONAL GOLF PRACTICING TENT
A method and system for an instant multifunctional tent having a tent for accepting golf balls that are launched into the tent, a collapsible frame structure for providing structural support for the instant tent, one or more receiving net(s) coupled to the tent ceiling, and extending loosely towards the floor, and a quick set-up and take-down (instant) hub for quickly launching the tent from the folded position into a fully built or expanded position and for quickly collapsing the fully built or expanded instant tent into the fully folded position so that the instant tent may be easily stored and transported. The receiving nets increase golf practicing safety by ensuring the golf ball never penetrating the back panel and causing damages. Additional receiving nets not only further ensure that but also add advanced features like tracking and simulating the trajectory of the golf ball if shot on a real golf court.
