Electric working machine
An electric working machine in one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a motor; a driver to drive the motor; a first control circuit; and a second control circuit. The first control circuit controls the driver such that the motor rotates in a set rotation direction. The second control circuit is provided separately from the first control circuit. The second control circuit detects a rotation direction of the motor and performs an abnormality handling process to stop rotation of the motor in response to a situation where the detected rotation direction is reverse to the set rotation direction.
DISPLAY DEVICE, MACHINE TOOL, AND LIQUID EJECTION METHOD
A display device, a machine tool, and a liquid ejection method with which a liquid ejection path for efficient chip removal can be created, without performing huge control process. The display device is for displaying an image in order to eject a liquid and move chips generated from a workpiece in a machine tool. The machine tool includes a liquid ejection unit that ejects a liquid so as to move chips generated from a workpiece, and an imaging unit that captures an image of a target area in which chips generated from a workpiece are to be detected in the machine tool. The liquid is ejected to the target area, based on a first position and a second position in the image captured by the imaging unit. The display device includes: a display unit that displays an image captured by the imaging unit; a detection unit that detects a first input signal corresponding to the first position in the image displayed on the display unit, and a second input signal corresponding to the second position in the displayed image; and a transmission unit that transmits the detected first and second input signals to a signal generation unit, the signal generation unit generating a control signal that controls to create a liquid ejection path in the target area, based on the first and second positions, for ejecting a liquid, based on the liquid ejection path.
DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM FOR POWER TOOL
A dust collection system for a power tool can collect, with an ordinary bit, dust with a flexible hose connected. A dust collection system for a power tool includes a power tool to receive a tip tool protruding frontward and including a tool body, a cylindrical first dust collection attachment attachable to the tool body and covering the tip tool over its entire circumference with the first dust collection attachment being attached, a second dust collection attachment attachable to the tool body and including a dust collector, and a flexible hose to connect the first dust collection attachment and the second dust collection attachment to collect dust sucked through the first dust collection attachment into the dust collector included in the second dust collection attachment.
Method for controlling a motor of a hand-held power tool
The disclosure relates to a method for controlling a motor of a hand-held power tool by means of a blockable operating element, wherein a first position and a second position of the operating element are ascertained. According to the disclosure, the motor remains deactivated if a deviation of the ascertained first position from the ascertained second position is less than a threshold value.
Method of fabricating thin form factor vibration isolators with stable storage modulus properties over extended temperature ranges as standalone parts
A liquid RTV material is calendared and cured to form a sheet of Silicone material. The de-gassing, pressing and curing steps are tailored to provide a low porosity Silicone sheet having a fine surface finish and consistent chemical properties. The sheet is stamped or cut to form standalone vibration isolators having a thin and dimensionally stable form factor of less than 1.25 mm that exhibit a stable storage modulus to temperature excursions below −30° C. and preferably over a range of −60° C. to 100° C.
DROP DETECTION IN POWER TOOLS
A power tool comprising a power tool housing and a motor within the power tool housing. The motor including a rotor and a stator, the rotor coupled to a motor shaft to produce a rotational output. The power tool further includes a sensor within the power tool housing, the sensor configured to sense a free fall of the power tool, generate an output signal related to the sensed free fall. The power tool further includes a controller including a processor and a memory, the controller configured to receive the output signal from the sensor, detect the free fall of the power tool based on the output signal from the sensor, and brake the motor when the free fall of the power tool is detected.
Tool body including a damping apparatus and a machining tool having such a tool body
A tool body includes a damping apparatus for damping vibrations in a machining tool having, besides the tool body, a member with at least one cutting edge to be secured to the tool body. The damping apparatus is arranged in an internal room of the tool body and includes a damper mass body with an axial bore and a central tube extending through the bore and which is rigidly secured to the damper mass body inside the through bore. A central tube is also at both ends thereof rigidly connected to a tool body fixed part and the central tube is made of a material with a spring property allowing the damper mass body to oscillate in the internal room perpendicularly to the longitudinal extension of the central tube.
Dust collection deburring apparatus
To provide a dust collection deburring apparatus which is capable of performing efficient and preferable debarring work and which is capable of, even in the case of handing a large workpiece, performing preferable deburring work by placing the workpiece together with a pallet on a work table by a forklift. A dust collection deburring apparatus A includes a work table apparatus configured to allow a product together with a pallet to be placed on and allow a worker to perform deburring work, a chip antiscattering apparatus arranged so as to surround the work table apparatus and configured to prevent scattering of chips, and a chip suction collection apparatus including a dust collecting device configured to suck air from an internal space surrounded by the chip antiscattering apparatus to suck the chips generated in the deburring work.
IMPACT TOOL AND DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
An impact tool includes a housing, an impact mechanism unit, a motor, and a dust collection fan. The housing is configured to mount a dust collection attachment. The impact mechanism unit is disposed inside the housing. The impact mechanism unit has a front end to which a tool bit is mounted and an impact element that reciprocates. The impact mechanism unit is configured to impact the tool bit by the impact element. The motor is disposed such that a rotation shaft of the motor intersects with an impact axis direction of the impact mechanism unit inside the housing.
