Method of making a blow molded article from a preform including: a) providing a preform of a thermoplastic material having a plurality of effect structures each having an effect surface having a normal with an orientation, the preform having a body with one or more walls and an opening, wherein at least a portion of the one or more walls of the preform has a three-dimensional pattern of cavities and/or protrusions thereon; and b) blow molding the preform to form a blow molded article, wherein the step of blow molding the preform changes the orientation of the normal of at least some of the effect surfaces of the effect structures to create a visual effect in at least one wall of the blow molded article.

Systems and Methods for Fabricating Tote Bags
In one method, a piece of nonwoven PET or PP fabric is formed into a tote bag using a bag forming device. Seams of the tote bag are ultrasonically welded using an ultrasonic bag welding device. The ultrasonic bag welding device includes at least one sonotrode. In another method, BOPP film is received and a full-color graphic is printed on the BOPP film for each tote bag using a printer. The printed BOPP film is received from the printer and nonwoven PP or PET fabric is received from a roll of nonwoven PP or PET fabric using a laminator. The printed BOPP film is laminated to the nonwoven PP or PET fabric. The printed BOPP film laminated to nonwoven PP or PET fabric is received from the laminator and a finished version of each tote bag is produced using an ultrasonic bag welding device.

At least one of the layer bodies is formed with the white material 15 in at least one location among the lowermost layer of the surface decoration layer 11 and a region of an internal formation region 12 close to the surface decoration layer 11. The internal formation region constitutes an internal portion of the three-dimensional object. The plurality of layers constituting the surface decoration layer 11 includes the same color. When the plurality of layers are deposited, the density of the color visually recognized when the three-dimensional object is observed is adjusted to be greater than the density of the color of each of the plurality of layers.

The invention is directed to a balanced process for extrusion of a plastic corrugated sheet or blanks, and subsequent converting of the blanks into plastic boxes. A method and apparatus for producing an electronic device are disclosed. An adhesive material is jetted in a first pattern on a surface of a receiver substrate. A carrier having a metal foil disposed thereon is brought into contact with the first substrate such that a portion of the metal foil contacts the adhesive material. The adhesive material is activated using at least one of mechanical pressure and heat while the portion of the metal foil is in contact with the adhesive material. The first substrate and the second substrate are separated, whereby the portion of the metal foil is transferred to the first substrate.
Process to manufacture multilayer laminated packaging material
The invention provides a process to manufacture multilayer laminated packaging material to produce carton packages comprising the steps of: feeding a paperboard layer to a laminating equipment; laminating at least one inner layer onto a non-printable inner face of said paperboard layer, thereby forming a web of a multilayer laminated packaging material, wherein the at least one laminated inner layer forms a protective sealing and odour, light and gas barrier layer; winding said web of the multilayer laminated packaging material to form a master roll; feeding said master roll containing the web of the multilayer laminated packaging material to a printing equipment; printing a commercial artwork onto a printable outer face of the paperboard layer of the web of the multilayer laminated packaging material, opposed to said non-printable inner face; winding the printed web of the multilayer laminated packaging material to form a printed master roll; and slitting the printed master roll to form rolls of smaller width containing the web of the multilayer laminated packaging material.
