METHODS AND DEVICES FOR PRINTING ON SUBSTRATES
A system for printing on a substrate can comprise a conveyor that is configured to move the substrate along a substrate movement axis. The system can further comprise at least one print head array. Each print head array has a plurality of print heads, each print head having a respective orientation axis. The plurality of print heads can have at least a first print head and a second print head, wherein the orientation axis of the first print head is angularly offset from the orientation axis of the second print head. The first print head can be offset from the second print head along the substrate movement axis.
Sheet processing machine, method for inspecting at least one remaining portion of at least one sheet processed by a shaping device, and method for inspecting a sheet
A sheet-processing machine has a shaping device for processing sheets. The shaping device has at least one shaping point. The sheet-processing machine comprises at least one separating device. The at least one separating device is designed to remove at least one remaining piece from at least one sheet of the sheets. The at least one separating device is arranged downstream of the at least one shaping point along a transport path provided for transporting the sheets. At least one inspection device is arranged, downstream of the separating device in the transport direction of the sheets, to determine an actual state of the at least one sheet of the sheets. The invention additionally relates to a method for inspecting at least one remaining part of at least one sheet of sheets, which part has been processed by a shaping device, and to a method for inspecting at least one sheet of sheets.
Device for generating a pattern on a clothing for a machine for manufacturing a web material
A device for producing a pattern combination on a clothing includes the following: a rotary screen, a cylindrical jacket surface with a perforation pattern that defines a first pattern component. Material in the liquid or pasty state is pressed through the perforations of the jacket surface of the rotary screen and deposited on the surface of the clothing in order to produce the first pattern component on a surface of the clothing, while the rotary screen, rotating several times about a longitudinal axis thereof, rolls on the surface of the clothing in at least one path that continuously revolves on the surface of the clothing at least once. At least one device produces, synchronously and/or simultaneously, a second pattern component, which device is connected indirectly or directly to the rotary screen. The device for producing the pattern combination also includes a post-run system.
Loading mechanism for shirts
Apparatus for picking a garment having a front and a back and placing the garment over a pallet such that the front and the back of the garment are on the front and the back sides respectively of the pallet. The apparatus comprises a picking arm to approach the garment and then withdraw towards the pallet; and one or more adherence locations on the picking arm, the adherence location being smaller than the first side, the adherence location for contacting the garment using sticky material and causing adherence of the garment via the sticky material at the contact location, thereby causing the picking arm to pull the front of the garment over the front of the pallet, the back of the garment sliding under the first side onto the back of the pallet.
Pneumatic leak measurement system based on absolute pressure drop measurement, with reference sample differential compensation
The object of the present invention is to fix the thermoplastic ink in powder state used to print digital images by means of an electrographic laser motor on self-adhesive web media such as self-adhesive paper webs, self-adhesive film webs such as polypropylenes, polyethylenes, polyesters, and vinyls, with different thicknesses and finishes, allowing work to be stopped between one production batch and another and/or stops for self-calibration of the print motor without changing the self-adhesive media, preventing problems due to overheating of the printout. The apparatus according to the present invention makes it possible to enhance the fixed prints with a glossy, matt, or holographed finish, without the need for subsequent treatment and/or the use of chemical materials afterwards, offering greater flexibility and economy at work.
METHOD OF FORMING PATTERN, PATTERN-PRODUCING APPARATUS, AND STEREOSCOPIC OBJECT-PRODUCING APPARATUS
The present invention provides a method of forming a pattern that can form a precise pattern on a variety of media by using powders and provides a pattern-producing apparatus.
The method of forming a pattern includes providing a liquid pattern on a surface of a medium, applying a powder to the liquid pattern so as to adhere to the liquid pattern, removing the powdery particles of the powder not adhered to the liquid pattern to give a pattern of the powder, and further applying another powder to the pattern of the powder.
Printing system and method
There is disclosed a method of printing onto the surface of a substrate, which method comprises i) coating a donor surface with a monolayer of particles, ii) treating the substrate surface to render at least selected regions tacky, and iii) contacting the substrate surface with the donor surface to cause particles to transfer from the donor surface only to the tacky regions of the substrate surface. After printing on a substrate, the donor surface returns to the coating station where the continuity of the monolayer is restored by recovering with fresh particles the regions of the donor surface exposed by the transfer of particles to the substrate.
SEALING
Certain examples of seals that can move along a slit are disclosed. The seals can comprise a first leaf, a second leaf, and a biasing member to push the first leaf away from the second leaf. Also, apparatus for applying a fluid, and printing systems are described.
PRINTING SYSTEM FOR PRINTING ON A SUBSTANTIALLY PLANAR SURFACE OF A 3D-OBJECT AND A METHOD FOR PRINTING THEREOF
A printing system for printing on a substantially planar surface of a 3D-object includes a printer for printing on the planar surface of the 3D-object and a controller configured to control printing of the printer. The printing system further includes a mask generation module configured to generate a mask having the shape of the planar surface from a 3D-model of the 3D-object and to provide the controller with the mask to prevent printing outside the planar surface according to the mask.
