Microfibrous product and the use thereof for the preparation of covers and cases
The invention refers to a process for the preparation of a microfibrous non-woven fabric based on polyester or polyamide microfibers immersed in a polyurethane matrix, and having a thickness equal to or less than 0.65 mm, a flat or slightly mottled appearance and a nap length of less than 350 μm. The non-woven fabric is used for the preparation of coverings for consumer goods, particularly for the preparation of covers and cases for electronic products.
PRINTING SYSTEM AND PROCESSING APPARATUS
A printing system includes a printing apparatus that performs printing on a fabric, a processing apparatus, and a control apparatus. The processing apparatus includes contact members having a plurality of protrusions that come in contact with a fabric on which printing has been performed by the printing apparatus, and vibration applying units including vibration generating sources that apply vibration to the contact members. The control apparatus controls an operation of the processing apparatus according to an operation of the printing apparatus.
Durable Thermoregulating Textile Structures and Methods of Manufacture
A textile structure including one or more layers of warp yarns interwoven with one or more layers of weft yarns, a durable thermoregulating coating, and a binder that chemically bonds the durable thermoregulating coating to the textile structure. The warp yarns and/or weft yarns include polyester yarns. A method for manufacturing a textile structure includes weaving one or more layers of warp yarns with one or more layers or weft yarns to form a woven textile structure, brushing the textile structure at least two times, applying a binder to the textile structure, and applying a durable thermoregulating coating to the textile structure such that the binder chemically bonds the durable thermoregulating coating to the textile structure. The method may also include heat setting and curing the textile structure to fix the durable thermoregulating coating permanently onto the textile structure.
FUNCTIONAL FABRIC OBTAINED BY RECYCLING SEPARATOR FOR SECONDARY BATTERY, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
The present invention relates to a functional fabric manufacturing method and a functional fabric thereby, which relates to a method for manufacturing an upcycle functional fabric, comprising steps of: (a) preparing a separator sheet with a microporous structure discarded due to treatment as defective or overproduction in production processes for manufacturing secondary batteries, (b) interposing an adhesive sheet between the separator sheet and a fabric sheet to be added to the separator sheet, thereby supplying each sheet, (c) laminating the separator sheet and the fabric sheet so that they are bonded by melting of the adhesive sheet, wherein in the step (b), each sheet is supplied to maintain a constant tension, but the separator sheet, the adhesive sheet, and the fabric sheet are all supplied at the same speed, and in the step (c), a stacked structure, in which the separator sheet, the adhesive sheet, and the fabric sheet are stacked in this order, is pressurized in a predetermined temperature atmosphere, and laminated.

Sheared wool fleece and method for making sheared wool fleece utilizing yarn knitting
A method of making a pile fabric that closely resembles natural sheepskin fleece, that includes forming a yarn made with wool fibers and non-wool fibers and knitting the yarn to form a pile fabric and knitting a scrim to form a base, while simultaneously knitting the yarn and the scrim together, where the yarn is attached to and extends from the scrim to form a length of pile fabric having a fiber side with natural wool fibers and non-wool fibers and the scrim on an opposing side. The method includes finishing the pile fabric as natural sheepskin, including, polishing the fiber side of the pile fabric, and cutting the wool fibers to a designated length.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FIBROUS WEB, FIBRILLA FIBER AGGREGATE, OR NONWOVEN FABRIC, AND FIBROUS WEB, FIBRILLA FIBER AGGREGATE, OR NONWOVEN FABRIC MANUFACTURED THEREBY
The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a fibrous web, a fibrilla fiber aggregate, or a nonwoven fabric by using a woven fabric, a method for manufacturing a fibrous web, a fibrilla fiber aggregate, or a nonwoven fabric by using the apparatus, and a fibrous web, a fibrilla fiber aggregate, or a nonwoven fabric manufactured by the method, especially, a fibrous web, a fibrilla fiber aggregate, or a nonwoven fabric for use in a hemostatic agent or an anti-adhesive agent.
GARMENT
[Technical Problem] Provided is a garment having a soft and stretchable cloth, in which while the garment includes a windproof sheet, a napped fabric, and an outer fabric, increase in thickness of the cloth is prevented. [Solution to Problem] The garment includes a stretchable outer fabric, a lining fabric, and a windproof sheet disposed between the outer fabric and the lining fabric. The windproof sheet is an elastic film having a thickness of 13 μm or less and having windproof performance. The lining fabric includes a stretchable base fabric and a nap on the base fabric, and the nap has a length of pile of 4.0 mm or less.
PRINTED NAPPED SHEET AND NAPPED SHEET FOR PRINTING
Disclosed is a printed napped sheet or a printing sheet including a fabric having a napped surface, wherein the napped surface is printed and has, as measured by a surface roughness measurement in accordance with ISO 25178, an arithmetic mean height (Sa) of a predetermined value or less (e.g., 30 μm or less) in both a grain direction and a reverse grain direction, and the napped surface has a density of peaks (Spd), having a height of 100 μm or more from a mean height, of a predetermined value or less (e.g., 30/432 mm.sup.2 or less) in both the grain direction and the reverse grain direction. Also disclosed is a printed napped sheet wherein the napped surface has a difference (absolute value) in density of peaks (Spd), between the grain direction and the reverse grain direction, of 20/432 mm.sup.2 or less.
