PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE URBAN BEACH ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX WITH A CENTERPIECE MAN-MADE TROPICAL-STYLE LAGOON AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING EFFICIENT UTILIZATION OF LIMITED USE LAND
A publicly accessible urban beach entertainment complex is disclosed, with a man-made tropical, pristine-clear lagoon as the centerpiece of the complex, with surrounding entertainment, educational, sports, and commercial facilities, the complex having controlled public access and providing the look and feel of a tropical beach with clear waters and sandy beaches. In addition a method for efficiently utilizing facilities and land that are vacant, underutilized, have limited uses, or that are contiguous to or nearby recreational, educational, sports, or commercial venues is disclosed. The method providing a publicly accessible urban beach entertainment complex with a centerpiece man-made tropical-style pristine-clear lagoon. The method allows for generating revenue and increasing efficiency by pairing vacant sites, underutilized sites, limited use land, or sites that are contiguous to entertainment, educational, sports, and/or commercial venues with urban beach entertainment complexes. The complex preferably has a controlled public access, thereby allowing entrance upon payment of a fee.
LANDFILL DEBRIS BARRIER SYSTEM
A landfill debris barrier system includes a plurality of upstanding columns. The columns are arranged in a row in which adjacent ones of the columns define a pair of columns, each pair of columns defining a space therebetween. A plurality of barrier assemblies are included with each barrier assembly being associated with one of the pairs of columns. Each barrier assembly includes a barrier extending between and in the space defined by said associated pair of columns. The barrier is movable between an operative position and a retracted position. In the operative position, the barrier has a first height and a first width that substantially corresponds to a height and a width of the space to substantially fill the space between the associated pair of columns such that opposite front and rear faces of the barrier block the space between the associated pair of columns to obstruct passage through the space defined by the associated pair of columns. In the retracted position, the barrier has a second height that is less than the first height to permit a human operator to reach an upper portion of the barrier to perform maintenance on the upper portion of the barrier.
GATE-CONNECTOR SYSTEM FOR INTRUSION-DETECTION FENCING SYSTEM
Devices, systems, and methods for intrusion-detection for use with a fence comprising a gate-section have been developed and are herein described. The present disclosure relates to and describes a gate-connector system for an intrusion-detecting-fence system. A intrusion-detecting cable is run from a fence to a gate section. On each side of the gate section, the cable is terminated into a junction-box and connected to a shorter cable-plug assembly that terminates in a weatherproof, pull-apart connector. The cable-plug assemblies from each side of the gate section are connected together to complete a circuit. With the intrusion-detecting cable extending onto the gate, intrusion-protection is provided on the gate section as well as on the fence. A gate at the gate section can easily be opened by unplugging the connectors.
Temporary fence assembly
A temporary fencing assembly comprises a plurality of rectangular fence panels formed from fiberglass supported between fiberglass posts pivotally supported on a base formed from fiberglass. Each post includes two sets of vertically aligned hinge pins or hinge pin receivers projecting outward from opposite sides of the post. The fence panels are formed from rectangular, fiberglass tubing formed into a rectangular frame, each panel including a pair of side rails, a top rail and a bottom rail. The base includes a mounting stud welded to a mounting stud base. Two fiberglass T-posts are secured to the mounting stud base with legs of the T-posts extending under and covering a web of the mounting stud base.
Fence Gap Cover
The privacy device is a fence gap cover formed by two planar panels, the first planar panel having a longitudinal length equal to the height of the fence gate and a width wider than the gap between the gate and the fence post. The second planar panel extends perpendicular to and along the longitudinal length of the first planar panel. The second planar panel is attached to the fence post such that the first planar panel overlaps the front edges of the fence post and gate covering the gap. The fence gap cover may be cut to length to match the height of the gate and to allow for the latch and hinges.
Landscape edging connector
A landscape edging installation includes ends of landscape edging joined together by a connector. The connector may have holes in lugs that are aligned with holes in the landscape edging tabs to receive a ground spike therethrough. The connector conceals a gap between the adjacent edging pieces.
SUPPORT UNIT AND FLOOR PLATE
Disclosed are a support unit and a floor plate. The support unit includes a first plate and a second plate which are spaced apart from each other, one end of the first plate is provided with a plurality of first ring walls at intervals, one end of second plate facing the first plate is provided with a plurality of second ring walls at intervals, the plurality of second ring walls are arranged corresponding to the plurality of first ring walls, each of the second ring walls is sleeved outside and matched with a respective one of the first ring walls to form a support structure that supports the first plate and the second plate.
Cap Assembly For a T-Post Right of Way Line Marker
A cap assembly is shown for a right of way line marker which includes a cap body with a conical exterior and an end opening. A mounting assembly including a lower, stationary disk and an upper, sliding disk are received within the end opening of the cap body. The lower disk has a T-shaped aperture therein for receiving an upper exposed end of a T-shaped vertical support member. The upper sliding disk is positionable within the cap open interior upon contact with the upper end of the support member to thereby securely mount the cap assembly about the right of way line marker.
FENCE SUPPORT SYSTEM
A fence support system has a catch member comprising a catch plate and a protrusion that extends from the catch plate and a retainer member comprising a retainer plate comprising an aperture, the aperture being configured to receive the protrusion in response to relative movement of at least one of the catch member and the retainer member along an insertion path. When the protrusion is received by the aperture, a curved base portion of the protrusion that does not extend through the aperture is located, as determined along the insertion path, between the catch plate and the retainer plate. The curved base portion is curved angularly about the insertion path.
Prefabricated Gate Assembly
A durable, prefabricated metal gate assembly including a plurality of frame beams, a plurality of units, and a plurality of corner brackets. The prefabricated gate assembly is easily assembled onsite thereby alleviating the need for heavy lifting machinery or expensive welding tools when assembling. The versatility of this prefabricated gate is not limited to just a gates configuration but can also be used to form a fence as well.
