Methods and systems for rotating a casing to ensure efficient displacement of cement slurry
Rotating a casing during a cementing operation to ensure efficient displacement of cement slurry. More specifically, embodiments are directed towards a sub and rotating tool that are positioned above a first cement operation, wherein the rotating tool is positioned in a kickoff point or build section of a horizontal well.
DRIVE SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED TORQUE SENSING DEVICE
A drive system for driving a movable flow body is disclosed having a drive unit, a shaft, a torque sensing device, a no-back friction unit, and an axial bearing. The drive unit is coupled with the shaft to rotate the shaft, the torque sensing device is coupled with at least one of the drive unit and the shaft to detect a torque transferred from the drive unit into the shaft, the no-back friction unit is arranged between the axial bearing and an axial support means of the shaft, such that an axial load of the shaft is supported by the axial bearing, and the no-back friction unit is configured to substantially not counteract a rotation of the shaft in a first direction of rotation of the shaft and to apply a friction-induced additional torque to the shaft in an opposite second direction of rotation.
Drive unit and electrically assisted vehicle
A drive unit includes a decelerator rotatably supported by a housing, the decelerator including a first transmission gear, a second transmission gear having teeth of a smaller number than that of the first transmission gear, and a transmission shaft to transmit a rotation of the first transmission gear to the second transmission gear; and a bearing supporting the first transmission gear in the housing such that the first transmission gear is rotatable. A distance, in a first direction in which the transmission shaft extends in the housing, from a reference plane to teeth of the first transmission gear is less than a distance in the first direction from the reference plane to an innermost portion of the bearing, in which the reference plane passes through an outermost portion of the bearing and is perpendicular to the first direction.
Disconnection assembly
A disconnection assembly has a one-way clutch. The one-way clutch serves to either connect or disconnect the power connection of a vehicle. The disconnection assembly is installed in a reducer including an intermediate shaft, a bushing, an outer gear and a one-way clutch. The bushing is secured to the intermediate shaft by spline. The one-way clutch is disposed between the bushing and the outer gear. The one-way clutch is locked to drive the rotation of the intermediate shaft through the bushing when the outer gear rotates in a first direction, and the one-way clutch is released to allow the outer gear rotates freely when the outer gear rotates in a second direction.

SHIFTING ASSEMBLY FOR A TRANSMISSION
A shifting assembly for a transmission at least has a first component, a second component, and a third component, the components interacting according to the shift state in that a friction clutch is arranged between the first component and the second component, a positively-locking clutch is arranged between the second component and the third component, and a freewheel unit is arranged between the second component and the third component. A connection means is provided which connects a clutch part of the friction clutch to a clutch part of the positively-locking clutch.
ROTATION RESTRICTION CONTROL DEVICE, ROTATION RESTRICTION DEVICE, AND VEHICLE
A rotation restriction control device comprises a selection unit that selects a rotation restriction state, on the basis of a road surface when parking a vehicle traveling on the road surface, and a control unit that controls a rotation restriction state of a restriction mechanism in accordance with a selection result from the selection unit when parking the vehicle.

Methods and apparatus for powering a vehicle
This application is directed to an apparatus for providing electrical charge to a vehicle. The apparatus comprises a driven mass, a generator, a charger, a hardware controller, and a communication circuit. The driven mass rotates in response to a kinetic energy of the vehicle and is coupled to a shaft such that rotation of the driven mass causes the shaft to rotate. The driven mass exists in one of (1) an extended position and (2) a retracted position. The generator generates an electrical output based on a mechanical input coupled to the shaft such that rotation of the shaft causes the mechanical input to rotate. The charger is electrically coupled to the generator and: receives the electrical output, generates a charge output based on the electrical output, and conveys the charge output to the vehicle. The controller controls whether the driven mass is in the extended position or the retracted position in response to a signal received from the communication circuit.
