DISCONNECTION ASSEMBLY
A disconnection assembly has a one-way clutch. The one-way clutch serves to either connect or disconnect the power connection of a vehicle. The disconnection assembly is installed in a reducer including an intermediate shaft, a bushing, an outer gear and a one-way clutch. The bushing is secured to the intermediate shaft by spline. The one-way clutch is disposed between the bushing and the outer gear. The one-way clutch is locked to drive the rotation of the intermediate shaft through the bushing when the outer gear rotates in a first direction, and the one-way clutch is released to allow the outer gear rotates freely when the outer gear rotates in a second direction.

Gear-skipping prevention mechanism
A gear-skipping prevention mechanism including a first gear, a second gear, and a positioning member is provided. The first gear is sleeved on an axle. The second gear meshes with the first gear and has a first guiding groove. The positioning member includes at least one body and at least one engaging portion. Each of the at least one body has a sleeving hole. The sleeving hole is sleeved on the axle, and each of the at least one engaging portion is slidably disposed in the first guiding groove to limit a relative position between the first gear and the second gear.
Medical device adapter with wrist mechanism
A surgical device adapter for coupling an end effector to a surgical device includes: a proximal joint housing that is couplable to the surgical device; a middle joint housing pivotally coupled to the distal end of the proximal joint housing; and a distal joint housing pivotally coupled to the distal end of the middle joint housing. The middle joint housing is pivotable about a first pivot axis defined between the proximal joint housing and the middle joint housing. The distal joint housing is couplable to the end effector and pivotable about a second pivot axis defined between the middle joint housing and the distal joint housing, the second pivot axis being transverse to the first pivot axis.
SPEED REDUCER-EQUIPPED MOTOR
A speed reducer-equipped motor of the present disclosure includes a housing to which a motor is fixed and that has a speed reducer housing recess, and a helical gear and a locking gear that are accommodated in the speed reducer housing recess. A spring is provided between the helical gear and the locking gear, and reduces wobbling of the helical gear, the locking gear, and the like in the speed reducer housing recess.
Anti-backdrive lock
A backdrive braking element is provided for preventing backdrive of a shaft. It includes a poly-lobed locking mechanism including an unlock shaft that has a polygon shaped inside profile and is coupled to a poly lock drive and brake assembly. The poly lock drive and brake assembly includes a plurality of poly lock drive and brake segments and is contained within the interior cavity of a housing.
Indexing gear mechanical stop
A hand-wheel actuator for preventing over rotation of a hand-wheel shaft. The hand-wheel actuator comprises a housing that defines an opening aligned about an axis. The hand-wheel shaft extends along and is rotatable about the axis. A drive gear is rotationally coupled to the hand-wheel shaft, wherein the drive gear is at least partially disposed in the opening and includes a drive gear tooth. A stop gear is coupled to the housing and includes a plurality of stop gear teeth for engagement with the drive gear tooth and prevents rotation of the drive gear over a predetermined threshold.
Indexing gear mechanical stop
A hand-wheel actuator for preventing over rotation of a hand-wheel shaft. The hand-wheel actuator comprises a housing that defines an opening aligned about an axis. The hand-wheel shaft extends along and is rotatable about the axis. A drive gear is rotationally coupled to the hand-wheel shaft, wherein the drive gear is at least partially disposed in the opening and includes a drive gear tooth. A stop gear is coupled to the housing and includes a plurality of stop gear teeth for engagement with the drive gear tooth and prevents rotation of the drive gear over a predetermined threshold.
Rotary gear train assembly for increasing hard stop motor travel
A gear arrangement comprising: a housing having a gear axis and a housing stop, the housing stop having a first and second abutment; a rotatable member mounted on the gear axis having a first side having a first stop and a second having a second stop, the first stop is positioned between the first abutment and the second abutment; and a gear mounted on the gear axis having a first gear side, and a second gear side having a gear stop, the gear stop is engageable and disengageable with the second stop during rotation of the gear about the gear axis, the rotatable member positioned between the housing and the gear; wherein said rotation of the gear is hindered while the gear stop and the second stop are engaged when the first stop enters into engagement with either the first abutment or the second abutment.

A gear arrangement comprising: a housing having a gear axis and a housing stop, the housing stop having a first and second abutment; a rotatable member mounted on the gear axis having a first side having a first stop and a second having a second stop, the first stop is positioned between the first abutment and the second abutment; and a gear mounted on the gear axis having a first gear side, and a second gear side having a gear stop, the gear stop is engageable and disengageable with the second stop during rotation of the gear about the gear axis, the rotatable member positioned between the housing and the gear; wherein said rotation of the gear is hindered while the gear stop and the second stop are engaged when the first stop enters into engagement with either the first abutment or the second abutment.
