Fluid regulating apparatus
An apparatus for dye application to textile manufactures, exhaustion of the applied dye, and drying of the textile manufacture. The apparatus, in some implementations, includes a dye applicator that applies dye evenly to a textile manufacture of varying length, one or more microwave elements for heating the textile manufacture with applied dye to exhaust the dye, and a blower system to dry the textile manufacture after application of the applied dye.

Side exits for multi-pass dryers
In example implementations, a printing device is provided. The printing device includes a printer module, a plurality of dryer modules, and a side exit unit. The printer module is to print on a continuous web of print media. The plurality of dryer modules is located downstream from the printer module. The continuous web of print media is fed in a wrap-around direction from an outermost dryer module to a center dryer module. The side exit unit is coupled to the center dryer module to redirect the continuous web of print media along an outer side of the plurality of dryer modules.
Web drying apparatus and web drying method
A web drying apparatus, comprises: a blow-drying part which has two blower units arranged on both sides of web which is transferred in a transfer direction, and injects gas onto the web passing through a dry path between the two blower units; a housing which has a sidewall provided with an opening facing the dry path from the transfer direction, through which the web passes in the transfer direction through the opening, and houses the blow-drying part; an exhaust part which is disposed between the sidewall and the blow-drying part in the housing and exhausts gas from the inside of the housing to the outside of the housing; and a rectifying member which is disposed between the blow-drying part and the exhaust part in the housing and faces the web being transferred in the transfer direction.
GAS BLOWOFF NOZZLE AND FURNACE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COATED FILM
A gas blowoff nozzle includes: a casing including a gas blowoff face that blows off gas; a gas supply port provided to one end of the casing and supplying gas along the longitudinal direction of the nozzle; and a pressure equalizing chamber communicating with the gas supply port and the gas blowoff face, and including a partition plate including a plurality of tubular bodies having orifices on both ends. In each of the tubular bodies, an angle θ that a wall surface on a side closer to the gas supply port forms with the partition plate is 55° to 120° as an interior angle in a sectional shape of each of the tubular bodies. A gas circulation hole is provided on a face of each of the tubular bodies that comes into contact with the partition plate, the gas circulation hole passing through the face and the partition plate.
SIDE EXITS FOR MULTI-PASS DRYERS
In example implementations, a printing device is provided. The printing device includes a printer module, a plurality of dryer modules, and a side exit unit. The printer module is to print on a continuous web of print media. The plurality of dryer modules is located downstream from the printer module. The continuous web of print media is fed in a wrap-around direction from an outermost dryer module to a center dryer module. The side exit unit is coupled to the center dryer module to redirect the continuous web of print media along an outer side of the plurality of dryer modules.
A COATING MACHINE
The present invention is at least one coating machine (1) having at least one impregnation unit (2) for realizing dyeing during wrapping of the yarn (26) from at least one first bobbin (25) onto at least one second bobbin (41), at least one drying unit (3) for providing drying of the yarn (26) dyed essentially in the vicinity of said impregnation unit (2), at least one first roller (355) and at least one second roller (359) positioned mutually for providing moving of the yarn (26) at a predetermined line in said drying unit (3), at least one wrapping unit (4) for providing wrapping of the yarn (26), dyed in the vicinity of the drying unit (3), onto said second bobbin (41). The improvement of the present invention is that said second roller (359) is configured to displace between an operation position (I) defined at one side of said first roller (355) and a yarn changing position (II) defined at the other side of said first roller (355).
DRYER FOR DRYING A PANEL-SHAPED PRODUCT
A dryer for drying a strip or panel-shaped product, in particular gypsum board or veneer panels, having a plurality of tiers, having an outer and an inner housing and an inner housing separated from the outer housing by a first and second partition wall, having conveying devices for conveying the product, upper and lower nozzle boxes arranged transversely to the conveying direction and extend over the width of the conveying devices between the dividing walls, have in each case one inflow opening on one end assigned to the first separating wall and are closed on the other end assigned to the second partition wall. Nozzle openings for blowing out drying air are present at least on one side of the product passing through. The dryer includes at least on the first partition wall adjustable adjusting plates wherein the inflow openings of the upper and lower nozzle boxes can be adjusted.
