3-cycle 2-stroke damper
A trigger activated arm may use a piston moving within a cylinder to dampen gun bolt speed. In some embodiments, gun bolt motion increases pressure within the cylinder bore to dampen rearward gun bolt speed. The pressure may be high enough to unseat the cylinder creating a vent that cylinder fluid exits. In other embodiments, gun bolt motion decreases pressure within the cylinder bore to dampen forward gun bolt speed.
Upper receiver for modular shotgun
An upper receiver and barrel assembly includes an upper receiver, a barrel assembly and a gas piston assembly. An upper receiver housing receives a shotgun shell cartridge and the bolt carrier group includes a bolt carrier, a bolt within the bolt carrier, a firing pin and an ejector pin to expel fired shells. The barrel assembly includes a barrel, a barrel extension and a barrel nut to secure the barrel and barrel extension to the upper receiver housing. The gas piston assembly includes a piston body, a piston end cap and a piston bonnet configured to slidably receive the piston end cap therein. A piston gap is defined between the piston end cap and the bonnet end wall. The barrel defines a gas port fluidly connecting the open bore of the barrel with the piston gap. A biasing member urges the piston toward the bonnet.

PISTOL WITH A LOW-LYING BARREL
In the fixed frame it has a base, in which a barrel with the axis below the level of the upper edge of the shooter's hand, a trigger, a buffer and a long ejector are attached. A pistol grip with a cartridge magazine is obliquely slid into the frame and attached. A semi-embedded moving slide, containing especially a closed launch pad, a firing pin, an obliquely placed extractor and a rob of the trigger mechanism, is inserted into the frame from above. The slide is covered from above by upper body attached to the barrel and at two points to the frame, which carries sights at the top and has elements of the hammer system placed on the lower side.
Adjustable gas block
Systems and methods for an adjustable gas block are described. Systems may include an adjustment subassembly. The adjustment subassembly may include a valve stem end with a front-most portion larger in diameter than the rear-most portion and a boss extending from the forward portion of the valve stem end; a valve ring surrounding the boss of the valve stem end; a valve threaded portion for receiving the boss of the valve stem end and having a threaded portion; and a valve rotator coupled to the valve threaded portion for adjusting the flow of gas. Systems may include a gas block assembly. The gas block assembly may include a gas block through hole; a first duct to direct pressurized gas from a barrel to a plenum; a second duct to direct a regulated volume of gas to a gas operating system; a seat valve to control the regulated volume of gas to the gas operating system; and a gas block threaded portion for coupling to the valve threaded portion. The adjustment subassembly may be coupled to the gas block assembly.
Handgun grips and insert
An insert for repair or increase durability of 1911-style firearms is disclosed. In addition, a grip modification particularly suited for concealed carry is disclosed.

Firearm gas tube assembly
A gas tube assembly for semiautomatic firearms is defined by a body having a first end, a second end, and a passage formed through the body between the respective ends. The first end of the body of the gas tube is constructed to cooperate with a gas block and the second end of the body is constructed to cooperate with a forward facing end of a receiver assembly. A first projection and a second projection each extend in a respective outward radial direction from the body proximate the second end of the body and a respective adjuster is associated with each respective projection. The adjusters are configured to movably cooperate with the respective projection to align the second end of the body relative to the receiver assembly.
Device for preventing the tensioning of a firing pin spring in the disarming of a hammerless self-loading pistol provided with a lock slide and a self-loading pistol with such a device
The invention relates to a device for prevention of the tensioning of a firing pin spring in the disarming of a hammerless self-loading pistol (1) provided with a lock slide (7), wherein the device can assume a disarming position and a locking position, with: a spring-loadable firing pin (17) with a lug (17a) formed on it for active engagement with a sear (19), which in the cocking position for cocking the firing pin spring protrudes into the path of motion of the lug (17a) and in the disarming position is disengaged from the lug (17a), a trigger bar (27) coupled with a trigger which in the disarming position disengages the sear (19) from the lug (17a), and is characterized by a disarming shaft (15), which in the disarming position enables a movement of the trigger (5) and thus the trigger bar (27) to the front, and a disconnector bar (21) that can be coupled to the trigger bar (27), said disconnector bar being impacted in the disarming position by the lock slide (7) moved to the front and as a result operatively disengaging the sear (19) from the lug (17a) by means of the trigger bar (27). The invention also relates to a self-loading pistol equipped with such a device.
Adjustable carrier
Disclosed herein is a modified rifle bolt carrier allowing a selectively openable vent/valve at the location where exhaust gas is pressurizing the bolt carrier to control carrier speed under suppressed fire in a first valve position or unsuppressed fire in a second valve position. A valve core is disclosed which may be rotated 180 to an open setting for non-suppressed fire from its position in a closed position for suppressed fire. The modified bolt carrier will allow an operator of the firearm to adjust for a suppressor without changing the gas block or having to modify or adapt the front end of the firearm.
