ONLINE CHLORINE ANALYZER
An embodiment provides an apparatus, including: a cartridge including a base and a lid; at least one fluid line located between the base and the lid of the cartridge; at least one heating element located either on the base or the lid and aligned in intimate contact with the at least one fluid line; at least one heat sensing element in intimate contact with the at least one fluid line, where the at least one heat sensing element is spaced downstream from the at least one heating element; a supply of power to the cartridge; and a processor in electrical communication with the cartridge that executes a program of instructions to: operate the at least one heating element to produce heating of the at least one fluid line at a first position; and operate the at least one heat sensing element to detect the heat of a fluid within the at least one fluid line at a position downstream of the first position. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
Flow Detection Device
A flow detector for detecting flow rates of fluid in pipes by measuring the temperature of the pipe and the ambient temperature and determining from the signals whether there is a flow in the pipe,by the shape of the temperature signals without providing any heat input to the pipe or fluid.
ELECTROFUSION PIPE FITTINGS, METHODS, AND SYSTEMS
This disclosure is directed to pipe fittings, systems, and methods. Specifically, this disclosure provides pipe fittings with pairs of circumferential sealing zones and a pressure-testing chamber between the sealing zones. This disclosure also provides pipe fittings with sensors for detecting a breach in one or more sealing zones. The disclosure also provides data trackers for collecting information about the pressure-testing chamber and/or breaches in the sealing zones. Finally, this disclosure provides a dormant power source that becomes powered upon an aqueous breach of one or more sealing zones.
USER INTERFACES FOR DISPLAYING DISCRETIZED ELEMENTS OF LOGICAL FLOW SYSTEMS
The systems and methods described herein provide highly dynamic and interactive data analysis user interfaces which enable the data analyst to quickly and efficiently explore large volume data sources, such as computer code or intellectual system. A user interface can be implanted that includes a plurality of nodes associated with portions of a process. The nodes may include indications of logical relationships between nodes. Node identifiers may be associated with particular nodes and be usable to select particular nodes. Reliability scores associated with particular nodes can be included.
Leak detection system and method
A method of testing the structural integrity of a rigid container comprises performing a sampling process on the rigid container comprising sampling a volume of sample gas from a sampling region associated with the rigid container, wherein the method further comprises performing a detection process comprising producing one or more laser beams for excitation of one or more materials that may be in the volume of sample gas, wherein the one or more materials are representative of a gas and/or vapour and/or a liquid leak from the rigid container and detecting light that has passed through the volume of sample gas, and determining the presence and/or absence and/or amount of said one or more materials in the volume of sample gas based on detected light.
Pipe sensors
Methods, systems, and apparatuses are provided for detecting and determining conditions of and conditions within a fluid conduit.

Fluid storage testing apparatus, systems, and methods
Fluid storage testing systems, methods and apparatus are disclosed. One or more embodiments include a closed-circuit storage volume testing system for testing a storage volume. The system may include a water tank, a pump and an oil/water separator.
Passive leak detection for building water supply
A method and system for detecting small leaks in a plumbing system is disclosed. A temperature sensor coupled to the water in the plumbing system is used to determine if there is a leak. During times of inactivity for fixtures in the plumbing systems, a flow sensor might measure usage of water that would indicate a leak. For very small leaks, the flow is below a minimum measurable flow of the flow sensor. Embodiments of the invention measure temperature of water within a pipe coupled to the plumbing system. Temperature will generally decay in a particular predicable way when there is flow as the temperature of water upon entry to the building is lower than the air temperature within the building. Signal processing, machine learning and/or statistical approaches are used to analyze the temperature and optionally flow and/or pressure over time to determine when a leak is likely.
Connector assembly evaluation tool and method
The invention relates to an evaluation tool and method for inspecting the integrity of any physical industry connections (hereinafter fittings). The tool comprises a first component (21) provided with a recess (23) to facilitate its engagement with a fitting to be evaluated (see FIG. 10); and a second component (20) connected to, and moveable relative to, the first component (21). Movement of the second component (20) relative to the first component (21) establishes a measurement between two surfaces (32, 33 in FIG. 10) of a fitting (34) to be evaluated, e.g. between an adjustable ferrule or nut (32) and a fixed part (33) of a fitting (34). The measurement is directly (27, 28), or indirectly, indicative of one or more predetermined connection conditions (e.g. over or under tightening of the adjustable component). The predetermined connection conditions may be read directly from the tool, remotely via an electronic device, or by late cross-referencing against entries in a database.
