Information Input Device
A first determination unit determines whether a movement of an eyelid or an eyebrow of a wearer has occurred, based on an electric signal measured by a first measurement electrode with a common electrode as a ground potential. A second determination unit determines whether a movement of a jaw of the wearer has occurred, based on an electric signal measured by a second measurement electrode with the common electrode as a ground potential. An output unit outputs a command due to operation of a spectacle frame by the wearer when the first determination unit determines that the movement of the eyelid or the eyebrow of the wearer has occurred and, at the same time, the second determination unit determines that the movement of the jaw of the wearer has occurred.
ACOUSTIC OUTPUT APPARATUS
The present disclosure discloses an acoustic output apparatus including at least one acoustic driver, a controller, and a supporting structure. The at least one acoustic driver may be configured to output sounds through at least two sound guiding holes. The at least two sound guiding holes may include a first sound guiding hole and a second sound guiding hole. The controller may be configured to control a phase and an amplitude of the sounds generated by the at least one acoustic driver using a control signal such that the sounds output by the at least one acoustic driver through the first and second sound guiding holes have opposite phases. The supporting structure may be provided with a baffle and configured to support the at least one acoustic driver such that the first and second sound guiding holes are located on both sides of the baffle.

Optical device adapted to be worn by a wearer
The invention relates to an optical device (10) adapted to be worn by a wearer comprising at least: —a programmable lens (20) having an adjustable optical function and extending between at least one eye of the wearer and the real world scene when the optical device is worn by the wearer, —an optical function controller (30) comprising —a memory (32) storing at least computer executable instructions; and —a processor (34) for executing the stored computer executable instructions so as to control the optical function of the programmable lens (20), wherein the computer executable instructions comprise instructions for adjusting the optical function of the programmable lens (20) over a period of time determined so that the wearer does not perceive the adjustment of the optical function.
Wearable device for communication with an ophthalmic device
A system can include an aural computing system in communication with the ophthalmic device. In some embodiments, the aural computing system can include a wireless communication device in communication with the ophthalmic device. In some embodiments, the ophthalmic device comprises a contact lens, which can inserted into the user's eye. The wireless communication device can comprise wearable technology.
Multimedia system and method for AR/VR Smart Contact Lens
Multimedia enabled Smart Contact Len (SCL)s system is presented. An SCL system with an embedded display and optional paired audio output device(s) or other multimedia output device(s). The system is capable to accept multimedia stream, split it into constituent media specific type of data streams and output the separated data into the type specific output device with near the eye auxiliary multimedia data processing device. Which will help process different type data such a audio, image, video, text and other types of data & providing a interactive data processing smart contact lens.
An SCL system with an embedded display and integrated into the SCL forward facing image capture device paired with integrated or remote audio capture device capture multimedia data producing one unified multimedia data stream for storage or data transmission.
Automated adjustment of digital camera image capture parameters
A portable electronic device with image capturing capabilities automatically or semi-automatically adjusts one or more image capturing parameters based on an input attribute of user engagement with a single-action haptic input mechanism. For example, the duration for which a single-action control button carried on a frame of the device is pressed automatically determines an image stabilization mode for on-board processing of captured image data. In one example, an above-threshold press duration automatically activates a less rigorous image stabilization mode, while button release before expiry of the threshold automatically activates a more rigorous photo stabilization mode.
Wearable electronic device accessory interface
Systems and methods are presented for establishing a communication link between two or more electronic devices. A portable eyewear electronic device is configured to communicate with a handheld electronic device, such as a ring, that in turn is retained by an accessory electronic device to establish a wired communication link. The accessory electronic device may be retained or housed by a second accessory electronic device, such as a remote control or wearable device.
Ear adapter apparatus for distributing force against an ear
An apparatus for distributing a force to a user's ear resultant of a user's earwear. A cushion can be adapted to fit between a user's ear and a user's head. A curved channel defining a guide channel can pass alone the cushion. A line can extend through the cushion and the curved channel for attaching the ear adapter assembly to a user's eyewear. The cushion can distribute a force applied to a user's ear from a user's earwear to minimize deformation of the user's ear resultant of the compressive force from the user's earwear.
