Systems, devices, methods, and program products for enhancing structure walkthroughs are disclosed. In various embodiments, a method includes: monitoring a current location of an interested party (IP) device utilizing data collected by the IP device during a walkthrough of a structure having a structure representative (SR); detecting, based on the current location of the IP device, when the IP device is brought into proximity of a first SR-marked location included in a plurality of structure SR-marked locations; and in response to detecting that the IP device has been brought into proximity of the first SR-marked location, (i) identifying a first SR-created message corresponding to the first SR-marked location and contained in a location-referenced message set; and (ii) generating or causing generation of an SR message notification on the IP device, the SR message notification presenting or offering to present the first SR-created message to the interested party.

Aspects of the disclosure relate to electronic access control. An electronic key can access a set of one or more electronic locks according to scheduled access permissions. Access schedules may define one or more authorized time periods during which access to an electronic lock is permitted. Access schedules can be generated based on user input received via a user interface. A key configuration corresponding to an access schedule is transmitted from a server to the electronic key. The set of electronic locks includes at least one lock designated as a conditional access lock. The conditional access lock is associated with access control information including at least one of environment data or personnel data. Responsive to determining that the access control information does not meet one or more criteria, the server automatically adjusts access schedules and generates a corresponding key configuration for the electronic key.

The server device includes an acquisition unit, a user database, an attendee management database, and a processing unit. The acquisition unit acquires biological information for each of a plurality of users using an entry/exit management system. The user database associates the biological information with user IDs respectively identifying the users and stores the same. The attendee management database associates the user ID corresponding to an attendee in a restricted area, into which entry and exit is restricted, with position information for the attendee, and stores the same. The processing unit transmits the position information of a meeting candidate, who a visitor wants to meet, to an authentication terminal. The authentication terminal is a terminal which, if an authentication using the biological information recorded in the user database is successful, permits a successfully authenticated user to enter the restricted area.

The controller determines each of first and second objects in the images as being either authorized or unauthorized depending on whether each of the first and second objects matches authentication data read from the storage medium, and controls the door lock through a door lock interface by referring to a distance between the first and second objects determined from the images when the first object is determined as being authorized and the second object is determined as being unauthorized.

The smart-lock is configured to lock the room when the room is occupied.
