Juice extractor
A juice extractor includes a food processing chamber having a food inlet, a juice outlet and a pulp outlet. The food processing chamber includes a food entry section having the food inlet and the juice outlet, and a food compression section extending between the food entry section and the food pulp outlet. A spindle extends through the food processing chamber for transporting food from the food entry section through the food compression section. The spindle has a body and a helical member extending from the body by a height of no more than 10 mm. The helical member includes a helical cutting portion in the food entry section, and a motor having a gear box coupled to the spindle and configured to rotate the spindle at a rotation speed of at least 300 rotations per minute during operation of the juice extractor.

A juice extractor with an easily assembled and disassembled housing includes: a driving unit having a motor housing having a motor mounted at the inside thereof, a rotary shaft connected to the motor and protruded toward one side of the motor housing, and a fixing shaft disposed adjacent to the rotary shaft on the motor housing; a juice extracting unit having roller portions operated by the motor provided at the driving unit to crush, extract and transfer juice extraction materials and the housing for accommodating the roller portions thereinto; a fastening unit for detachably coupling the housing of the juice extracting unit to the motor housing; and a sensor unit having a sensor operator mounted on the housing of the juice extracting unit and a sensor mounted on the motor housing in such a manner as to be operated by a change in distance with the sensor operator.

The invention relates to a pressing body for obtaining fruit juice and/or fruit pulp from citrus fruit, comprising a dome-shaped pressing surface comprising a top and a base, as well as ribs extending between the top and the base, wherein a cross section of the pressing body at right angles to the central axis of the pressing body has a substantially zigzag-shaped periphery, wherein each rib is provided with a flank which slopes steeply from the circumscribed circle of the periphery and a flank which slopes gradually from the circumscribed circle of the periphery, wherein the angle which is included between the circumscribed circle and the steeply sloping flank is greater than the angle included by the circumscribed circle and the gradually sloping flank, and wherein the steeply sloping flank and the gradually sloping flank of adjoining ribs along the periphery face each other.

The present invention relates to a juice extractor including: a main body part including a driving motor and a speed reducer inside the main body part; and a juice extracting drum, which is coupled to one side of the main body part and includes a screw and a net drum formed at an internal side of the juice extracting drum. A lower surface of the juice extracting drum may be formed with a residue discharge port, which discharges residue or ground materials vertically downwards.

A high-capacity juice extractor includes: a base; first and second supports which are spaced apart from each other in a longitudinal direction, and are provided on the base; a first extracting member which is a hollow cylinder opened toward the second support, is positioned between the first support and the second support, is rotatably supported on the first support by an outer casing support shaft, and is formed with a plurality of outlet ports; a second extracting member which is rotatably supported on the second support by an inner casing support shaft which is eccentric to the outer casing support shaft, and is positioned in the first extracting member to be eccentric to the first extracting member; and a driving member configured to drive at least one of the first extracting member and the second extracting member.

A separable screw and a juice extractor using the same are disclosed. A separable screw according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include a first module formed with slits by bars on an external circumferential side; and a second module formed with ribs inserted into the slit of the first module; wherein the first module and the second module are detachably coupled, and the rib is inserted into the slit and a gap is formed between the rib and the slit when the second module is inserted into and coupled with the first module.

A screw-rod squeeze juicer includes a base having a motor, a crushing chamber mounted on the base, and a screw rod arranged inside the crushing chamber. The crushing chamber includes a crushing chamber body, the crushing chamber body has a juice outlet and a residue outlet, the crushing chamber has a feeding opening and a feeding channel connected to the feeding opening, the feeding channel includes an upper opening and a lower opening connected to the feeding opening. A rotatable overturn storage container is provided at the upper opening, a rotation center of the overturn storage container traverses the upper opening, and the overturn storage container is configured for placing a material and is rotatable about the rotation center in any direction.
