FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS AND PORTIONS THEREOF
Appliances useful in extracting a liquid from plant material in the preparation beverages and other food products in the home. An appliance may be embodied in the form of a food processing apparatus having a lid with an entry space formed therein, a rotatable element, and one or more food material contacting surfaces surrounding the rotatable element and disposed below the entry space of the lid. The rotatable element and the one or more food material contacting surfaces are each configured and mutually spatially arranged such that in use a food material disposed about the rotatable element is forced against the one or more food material contacting surfaces. Accordingly, the food material is deformed or divided and is caused or allowed to clear the one or more food material contacting surfaces.
Spiral blade, grinding component and food processor
The present disclosure provides a spiral blade, a grinding component and a food processor. The spiral blade includes: a spiral blade body, and the spiral blade body includes a feeding area used for feeding, a grinding area connected with the feeding area and a discharging area connected with the grinding area; and a plurality of spiral ribs are arranged on the grinding area, and a cleaning structure is arranged on the discharging area. The spiral blade is applied to the food processor and is only used for grinding food rather than extruding juice and discharging residues, therefore its structure is relatively simple, meanwhile, as a cleaning structure is arranged on the discharging area, the cleaning structure can be used for pushing the crushed food to a predetermined area.
SCREW SQUEEZER
Disclosed is a screw squeezer comprising a pressing core column body, a pressure-bearing filter cup body and a juice collecting cup body, where spiral grooves are configured on the pressing core column body, protruding limiting blocks are arranged at the pressure-bearing filter cup body, and the pressure-bearing filter cup body is configured with several filter holes. The present disclosure processes ingredients into proper sizes, and places the processed ingredients into the pressure-bearing filter cup body, a pressing handle and a pressure-bearing handle are pushed and pressed in a direction close to each other, juice of the ingredients to be squeezed is separated out under a pressing action force of the pressing core column body, and leaks into the juice collecting cup body from the filter holes at the pressure-bearing filter cup body, and the juice collecting cup body is rotated and removed to obtain the squeezed juice.
JUICE EXTRACTOR
A juice extractor includes a power assembly, a housing assembly, a snap-fitting assembly and a screw assembly; the power assembly includes an electric motor, an electric-motor housing and a rotation shaft, and the electric motor drives the rotation shaft to rotate; the screw assembly is connected to the rotation shaft, and is provided inside the housing assembly; the snap-fitting assembly connects the housing assembly to the power assembly; and the housing assembly includes a strainer assembly and a filtering-shield assembly, the strainer assembly is integrally formed by welding, the filtering-shield assembly is detachably fixed to and supported on the strainer assembly, and the filtering-shield assembly is provided with a filtered-juice separating slot that is capable of performing secondary filtration of an extracted juice. The present disclosure employs a novel structure, which has a good sealing performance, and a low manufacturing cost, and the mouthfeel of the extracted juice is better.

Embodiment provides a food processor, comprising: a base assembly; a food processing cup mounted on the base assembly, and including a cup body and a working screw rotatably mounted in the cup body, the cup body can be used to store food juice, and a first slag outlet is provided on the cup body; a feeding assembly is sealed and mounted on the cup mouth end of the cup body; a slag receiving device is hermetically connected to the first slag outlet for collecting food waste; a sealed cavity formed between the cup body, the feeding assembly, and the slag receiving device to conduct them to each other; and an extraction assembly can communicate with the sealed cavity and is used for extracting air in the sealed cavity.
JUICE EXTRACTOR SCREW AND JUICE EXTRACTOR
A screw for a juicer according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention with a plurality of screw threads formed on the outer circumferential surface includes a cut-out portion for accommodating the input juice material and primarily compressing the juice material with the plurality of screw threads, and a compression portion for further compressing and crushing the juice material transferred from the cut-out portion, and a rough area having a rough surface is formed in the compression portion.
