The housing is arranged on the base and is provided with a storage chamber, the inner pot is arranged inside the storage chamber, and the lid is arranged on the housing matching with the opening of the storage chamber. The cooking device further includes a control module and an exhaust module, the control module consists of a processor and an input panel connected with the processor; the heating module includes a bottom heating unit inside the storage chamber, the bottom heating unit is connected with the processor; and the exhaust module includes an air-filled element, an air-extraction element, an inlet passage and an exhaust passage, the air-filled element and the air-extraction element are respectively connected with the processor.
Steam generator
A steam generator includes: a water storage chamber which stores water therein; a heating portion which heats water in the water storage chamber to generate steam; a water supply device which supplies the water storage chamber with water; a water discharge passage which discharges water through a water discharge port defined in the water storage chamber; a steam spout port which spouts the steam generated in the water storage chamber therethrough; and a rib integrally formed with an inner wall surface of the water storage chamber so as to cross an inside of the water storage chamber, the rib having a plurality of openings defined therein, wherein the openings are smaller than the water discharge port.
Air fryer with steaming function and method for controlling air fryer with steaming function
An air fryer with a steaming function includes a cooking chamber and a water tank arranged inside a housing. A steam generator is also arranged in the air fryer. A heating chamber is provided in the steam generator. The heating chamber in the steam generator is connected to a water tank via a water pump. High-temperature steam produced in the heating chamber of the steam generator is introduced into the cooking chamber. The steam generator is equipped with an over-temperature protector and a temperature sensor. Each of the over-temperature protector, the temperature sensor, the water pump, and the steam generator is electrically connected to the controller.
TOASTER WITH STEAM SYSTEM
A toaster with a steam system comprises a casing and a chassis. A slot for a bread slice is defined by the chassis. A pop-up mechanism is within the casing and supported by the chassis, the pop-up mechanism configured for supporting a bread slice received via the at least one slot, and for raising the bread slice to project partially out of the slot at an end of a toasting/steaming process. Heating element(s) in the casing are for generating toasting heat. A steam system within the casing is configured for producing steam and feeding the steam to a steam vessel in the chassis during the toasting/steaming process. A closing system has flap(s) to close the at least one slot during the toasting/steaming process, and to open the at least one slot at completion of the toasting/steaming process.
Tamale Cooking Aid
An apparatus for cooking tamales includes a lid, a base, and a hinge. The lid comprises a semi-rigid, food safe material. It may have an elongated shape and a plurality of perforations to allow steam to pass through the lid. The base comprises a semi-rigid, food safe material. It may also have an elongated shape and a plurality of perforations to allow steam to pass through the base. The hinge connects the lid and the base such that the lid and the base define a cavity when closed against each other. The cavity defined by the lid and the base is shaped to hold a tamale for cooking.
Water tank type electric steamer
The present invention provides a water tank type steamer. The water tank type steamer includes a base which defines a recess therein. A plurality of steam racks which are hollow are inserted into the recess by stacking one by one from top to down. The bottom of a side wall of each steam rack is bent inwards to form a stage. An outside wall of the stage is nested in the top of the side wall of the lower steam rack. A rack bottom for holding food is put on the inner side of the stage. The bottom of the recess arranges a water storage pool. A through slot and a jack are disposed on the base. The through slot communicates the water storage pool and the jack. The jack connects a water tank. The outlet of the water tank orientates downwards to communicate with the jack.
Dry steam ovens
An oven includes a support structure configured to support a food item having multiple cooking sites, a steam nozzle configured to direct a jet of dry steam onto the food item, and a control system configured to determine a targeted subset of the cooking sites in response to a cooking requirement of the food item and configured to dynamically control movement of the support structure or the steam nozzle to direct the jet of dry steam onto the targeted subset of cooking sites in response to the cooking requirement of the food item.
HEAT-COOKING APPARATUS
