PRESSURE COOKER AND ASSOCIATED METHOD(S)
A pressure cooker includes a vessel capable of receiving liquid and food product, a gasket positioned along the vessel, a lid removably locked to the vessel to form a pressure-cooking enclosure, and a pressurized-liquid extraction mechanism including a valve coupled to and in fluid communication with one of the lid and the vessel. Upon heating the vessel, an internal vapor pressure level inside the vessel is elevated above an ambient atmospheric pressure level outside the vessel. In this manner, while the internal vapor pressure level inside the vessel is above the ambient atmospheric pressure level outside the vessel, the valve is selectively biased between an open position and a closed position, such that while the valve is at the open position, pressurized-liquid is egressed from the vessel through the valve and discharged exterior of the vessel.
INTELLIGENT COOKING OPERATION METHOD
An intelligent cooking operation method includes: providing a seat; forming, by a back of the seat, a swing connection by using a connecting rod; forming a lifting and rotating connection between a cushion of the seat and a base of the seat through a support rod; and sending, by a cook, one or more voice control commands of a kitchen appliance to a voice signal receiving module according to a cooking requirement, where a voice command recognition module recognizes the voice control commands and generates corresponding appliance voice command data, and a command transmission module sends a command signal to a command receiving module of the kitchen appliance that the voice control commands point to, to control the kitchen appliance.
Electric Cooker
The present disclosure relates to an electric cooker capable of changing between a high-pressure mode and a non-pressure mode and cooking a menu corresponding to the changed mode. The electric cooker according to the present disclosure includes a main body having an accommodation space therein to receive an inner pot, a lid coupled to the upper portion of the main body to be opened and closed, a pressure conversion part for selecting a high-pressure mode and a non-pressure mode by opening and closing a plurality of discharge paths configured to pass through and to block the gap between the inside of the inner pot and the outside of the lid, a sensor for sensing the high-pressure mode or the non-pressure mode selected by the pressure conversion part, and a controller for determining the pressure mode based on the sensing signal from the sensor among the pressure modes at least induding the high-pressure mode and the non-pressure mode.
APPARATUS FOR DETECTING A COOKER LID STATUS
An apparatus for detecting status of a cooker lid relative to a cooker body is provided. The apparatus comprises a block mounted to the cooker lid near its periphery rim, and a pole disposed about an upper rim of the cooker body and being movable relative to the cooker body. The block engages with the pole such that the pole is at a first location relative to the cooker body when the cooker lid is separated from the cooker body; the pole is at a second location relative to the cooker body when the cooker lid is placed on the upper rim of the cooker body and is out of position for a predetermined cooking mode, and the pole is at a third location relative to the cooker body when the cooker lid is placed on the upper rim of the cooker body and is in position for the predetermined cooking mode.
STEAM EXHAUSTING DEVICE AND ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER COMPRISING STEAM EXHAUSTING DEVICE
A steam exhausting device coupled to a cover of an electric pressure cooker includes: a housing that has an upper surface defining a first opening and a lower surface defining a second opening; a steam pipe that is spaced apart from the second opening and that extends along a vertical line passing the second opening; a pressure member arranged in the housing along the vertical line and configured to move down to a discharge end of the steam pipe; a lever disposed in the housing and having a first end connected to the pressure member; a button connected to a second end of the lever and configured to move vertically along a vertical axis passing the first opening, where the button includes a magnetic body; and an electromagnet disposed at a bottom surface of the housing. The vertical axis passes the electromagnet.
CONTROL DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRESSURE COOKING APPLIANCE, AND PRESSURE COOKING APPLIANCE
Control equipment and method for pressure cooking appliance, and pressure cooking appliance. The equipment comprises: a temperature detecting device for detecting a temperature value within a pot of a pressure cooking appliance; a floater detecting device for detecting whether a floater of the pressure cooking appliance is in a floating state; and a control device used for: calculating a target temperature value according to a first temperature value detected by the temperature detecting device when the floater is in the floating state and a preset target pressure value, and controlling a heater of the pressure cooking appliance according to the target temperature value. The present disclosure can perform control by means of corresponding different target temperature values at different altitudes to achieve a target pressure, so that the quality of food cooked by the pressure cooking appliance would not be affected by the altitude.
Cooking Appliance For Cooking Food With Or Without Pressure
A cooking appliance includes a housing containing a cooking vessel configured to receive food to be cooked; a lid mounted pivotably on the housing between an open and a closed position; a steam outlet valve that is movable between a first valve position in which the steam outlet valve places the inside of the cooking vessel in communication with the outside of the cooking appliance, and a second valve position in which the steam outlet valve fluidly insulates the inside of the cooking vessel from the outside of the cooking appliance; a lid locking mechanism configured to lock the lid in the closed position; and a control member configured to be handled by a user and to control the locking and unlocking of the lid in relation to the housing.
Electric cooker
An electric cooker is configured to cook food in a pressurized state and a non-pressurized state of an inner pot, thereby improving the cooking quality and convenience of use. The electric cooker includes a main body having an inner pot configured to accommodate food and a heating unit; a lid coupled to an upper portion of the main body and opened/closed by an opening/closing unit; and a pressure switching selection unit arranged to pass through the lid and configured to switch or maintain opened/closed states to discharge internal steam from the inner pot by interworking with the opening/closing unit.
Multi-purpose smart rice cookers
A rice cooker assembly uses machine learning models to identify and classify different types of food stored. The rice cooker has a chamber including different compartments for storing different types of food. A camera is positioned to view an interior of the chamber. The camera captures images of the contents of the chamber. From the images, the machine learning model classifies the different types of food stored. The rice cooker determines a mixture of different types of food based on nutrition value and/or taste. The rice cooker creates the mixture and controls the cooking process accordingly. The one or more machine learning models may be resident in the rice cooker or it may be accessed via a network.
COOKING APPLIANCE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A control method of a cooking appliance includes acquiring a current weight of a container of the cooking appliance with a food material through a weighing device of the cooking appliance, calculating a weight of the food material in the container according to the current weight of the container with the food material and an initial weight of the container without the food material, and determining a calorie amount of the food material according to the weight of the food material and a type of the food material.
