METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING, ORDERING, AND DELIVERING CONSUMER-CUSTOMIZED CAKES USING FOOD PRINTER CAPABLE OF PHOTOGRAPHING PRINTOUT
Provided is a method of ordering a consumer-customized cake using a cake ordering system, including transmitting, to a management server, a cake image selected among a plurality of displayed cake images, transmitting, to the management server, a cake image selected among a plurality of displayed cake images, receiving, from the management server, a cake model matched with the selected cake image and a decoration model matched with the selected cake image and displaying the cake model and the decoration model, placing the decoration model on the cake model in response to selection for a movement of the decoration model and transmitting, to the management server, location information of the decoration model on the cake model, receiving, from the management server, a decoration cake model which is a composite model of the cake model and the decoration model based on the location information of the decoration model on the cake model, and receiving delivery information to which a cake on which decorations have been shaped by a food printer that receives food printer model data for the decoration model is to be reached, and transmitting the delivery information to the management server.
FILLING FLOW DIVIDER
The invention relates to a filling flow divider for food products and to a method for discharging food products and a filling machine, wherein the filling flow divider has an inlet via which an inflowing mass flow can be divided into a plurality of partial mass flows, transported further in a plurality of partial lines and discharged portion-wise onto or into an object via their outlet, and a plurality of commonly driven dosing devices for adjusting the volume flow of the respective partial mass flows. In this context, a valve device is arranged in each of the respective partial lines, which can divert the partial mass flow such that no mass is discharged via the outlet of the respective partial line.
COMPUTER NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED FLOW RESISTANCE SYSTEM BASED ON CONTAINER FEATURES AND PROPERTIES OF FOOD INGREDIENTS
A computer numerically controlled flow resistance system based on container features and properties of food ingredients comprises a mixing chamber, a stirring element, a pushing plate and a resetting element. The mixing chamber is communicated to sources of food ingredients of various colors, and the stirring element is disposed in the mixing chamber for stirring the food ingredients of various colors, so that the food ingredients after mixing have a desired color. The pushing plate is used to extrude the stirred food ingredients in the mixing chamber to a pastry tip of a pastry extrusion head. The resetting element makes a piston cylinder move to an extruding position according to an extrusion signal of a controller, and when the pushing plate stops displacing, the resetting element makes the piston cylinder move to a flow resistance position according to a flow resistance signal of the controller.
FOOD EXTRUSION TEMPERATURE CONTROLLABLE DEVICE BASED ON MATERIAL AND ENVIRONMENT PROPERTIES
A food extrusion temperature controllable device based on material and environment properties comprises a connecting seat and a temperature controllable device disposed on the connecting seat connecting with a feeding cylinder and a pastry extrusion head. The temperature controllable device comprises a temperature controllable element, a temperature sensor and a thermal insulation jacket. The temperature sensor senses a temperature of a food in the connecting seat, and the temperature controllable element is capable of receiving a temperature controllable command from a controller to adjust the temperature of the food in the connecting seat by heating or cooling. The thermal insulation jacket covers the connecting seat to maintain the temperature. A material removal element is disposed on an inner surface of a chamber of the connecting seat to spray a fluid of liquid and gas sequentially toward a pastry tip of the pastry extrusion head.
Print surface positioning system for food product printer
A system and method for positioning a food product with respect to a print head for printing on a surface thereof. The system is incorporated into a printer. The system has a movable support surface for supporting the food product thereon, the support surface being vertically and horizontally moveable with respect to the print head. A sensor is provided for detecting a position of a surface of the food product positioned on the moveable support surface with respect to the print head. The sensor provides a signal to the printer indicative of a position of the surface of the food product and wherein the moveable support surface is adjustable in response thereto. The sensor is a position sensor configured to detect the position of a top surface of the food product.
A DEVICE FOR EJECTING ITEMS FROM A CAKE
The present invention relates to a device for ejecting items from a cake and a method of assembling the device. The device comprises a tube for receiving the items, a moveable member disposed within the tube, a spring configured to urge the moveable member away from a first position to a second position, and a catch mechanism configured to lock the moveable member in the first position against the force of the spring. Releasing the catch mechanism causes the moveable member to move from the first position to the second position, thereby propelling the items from the tube.
