Pressure Cooker and Air Fryer Appliance
An electrical appliance for cooking food by two different methods is disclosed. Generally speaking, the appliance comprises a base and two interchangeable cooking lids. The base has an outer surface, an inner cooking chamber open at an upper end, a first heating source coupled to the cooking chamber, an electronic controller for controlling the heating source, and a user interface having a plurality of buttons for inputting cooking parameters to the electronic controller. The first interchangeable lid is securable to the base to cover the open end of the cooking chamber and is movable on the base from a closed and locked position to a closed and unlocked position. Similarly, the second interchangeable lid is positionable atop the base to cover the open end of the cooking chamber and includes a second heating source, an air circulating device and a power connector configured to receive power through a corresponding power connector positioned on the base.

The multifunctional cooker comprise a cooker body (109) and an upper cover assembly, wherein the upper cover assembly is provided with a heating assembly (102) and a wind power assembly (103), and the multifunctional cooker is provided with a first member (600) which is connectable with the upper cover assembly, the first member (600) being capable of sealing the cooker body (109), which conveniently realizes the switch between the function of pressure cooker and the function of air fryer.

The first member is capable of releasing pressure when the pressure inside the cooker body exceeds a threshold.

POT LID WITH SIGNALING DEVICE
A low-pressure vessel cover includes a plate-shaped base for placing on a vessel edge of a low-pressure vessel, a first opening in the base, and an acoustic signaling device for detecting a boiling point of a liquid which is heated in the low-pressure vessel. The signaling device includes a note-sounding plate system, which has a note-sounding plate, a note-sounding plate opening, and a note-sounding tongue. The note-sounding plate system is arranged in a first flow channel which extends from the first opening in the base to a first outlet opening such that the note-sounding tongue is excited by out-flowing fluid and generates a signaling tone of at least 40 dB.

The present disclosure relates to an electric cooker capable of changing between a high-pressure mode and a non-pressure mode and cooking a menu corresponding to the changed mode. The electric cooker according to the present disclosure includes a main body having an accommodation space therein to receive an inner pot, a lid coupled to the upper portion of the main body to be opened and closed, a pressure conversion part for selecting a high-pressure mode and a non-pressure mode by opening and closing a plurality of discharge paths configured to pass through and to block the gap between the inside of the inner pot and the outside of the lid, a sensor for sensing the high-pressure mode or the non-pressure mode selected by the pressure conversion part, and a controller for determining the pressure mode based on the sensing signal from the sensor among the pressure modes at least induding the high-pressure mode and the non-pressure mode.

A pot protecting ring accessory for use with an electric pressure cooker when the lid is open and being used for activities like adding ingredients, sauting, searing, serving, boiling, stirring, or other heating. The protective ring is desirably heat resistant and may be constructed of a rigid or semi-rigid material or may be a silicone ring with more flexibility. The protective ring shields the cooker's upper rim and particularly the drain channel and space between the inner cooking pot and the outer housing. Protecting the heat element and pressure sealing area from debris and boil overs extends the life and safe use of the pressure cooker.
