A beverage brewer includes a container configured to hold liquid and having an open top, and a brewing material holder configured to be suspended into the container and to hold beverage brewing material in contact with liquid held in the container. The brewer also includes a pressure assembly operable to provide pressurized liquid flow through the brewing material holder within the container, and/or a heating element configured to be arranged at least partially in an interior of the container and operable to heat liquid held in the container.

A base body has a base top side selectively receiving the cup base. A charger is coupled within the base body and is in operational communication with the cup battery.

A cup riser tube extends from a cup top perimeter down through a cup sidewall and into a cup interior adjacent a cup base. A heating element powered by a cup battery is coupled within the cup base. Disclosed is a beverage brewing machine, including a kettle body, where the kettle body includes a container; the container is internally provided with a water feeding device; the water feeding device includes a flow guide cover, a stirrer, and a driving device for driving the stirrer to rotate; the flow guide cover is provided with a water inlet and an outlet; the stirrer is located in the flow guide cover and positioned at the bottom of the container; a brewing device is disposed above the flow guide cover; the brewing device is provided with a flow guide cavity and an accommodating cavity; the accommodating cavity is communicated with the flow guide cavity, and is provided with a filtering hole; and the driving device is located below the container.

Disclosed is a beverage brewing machine, including a kettle body, where the kettle body includes a container; the container is internally provided with a water feeding device; the water feeding device includes a flow guide cover, a stirrer, and a driving device for driving the stirrer to rotate; the flow guide cover is provided with a water inlet and an outlet; the stirrer is located in the flow guide cover and positioned at the bottom of the container; a brewing device is disposed above the flow guide cover; the brewing device is provided with a flow guide cavity and an accommodating cavity; the accommodating cavity is communicated with the flow guide cavity, and is provided with a filtering hole; and the driving device is located below the container.

An invention as provided is a method of preparing a beverage or beverage extract comprising steps of: a. providing an extraction chamber comprising an extractable beverage material, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, and b. conveying a liquid into the chamber via the inlet and at least a portion of the liquid out of the chamber via the outlet, and c. conveying at least a portion of the liquid that has exited the chamber from step b) back into the chamber via the outlet and conveying at least a portion of the liquid out of the chamber via the inlet. wherein steps b) and c) are repeated at least twice, and wherein at least a portion of the liquid conveyed into the chamber in at least one subsequent step b), in addition to the first step b), is conveyed into the chamber for the first time.

An invention as provided is a method of preparing a beverage or beverage extract comprising steps of: a. providing an extraction chamber comprising an extractable beverage material, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, and b. conveying a liquid into the chamber via the inlet and at least a portion of the liquid out of the chamber via the outlet, and c. conveying at least a portion of the liquid that has exited the chamber from step b) back into the chamber via the outlet and conveying at least a portion of the liquid out of the chamber via the inlet. wherein steps b) and c) are repeated at least twice, and wherein at least a portion of the liquid conveyed into the chamber in at least one subsequent step b), in addition to the first step b), is conveyed into the chamber for the first time.
