A cool coffee infusing apparatus is disclosed having a liquid container, a ground coffee container, and a base. The base includes a pump, controls therefore, and receptacles for the containers. The liquid container is filled with cool water and the ground coffee container is filled with ground coffee. The pump circulates the water through the grounds until a desired level of infusion is achieved and coffee beverage is created. The coffee beverage is collected in the liquids container for pouring or for storage for later use.

The system includes in one or more embodiments, a brewing chamber containing a soluble and a solution chamber containing a solvent with a filter between the two chambers, and a circulation pump for moving the solvent from one chamber to the other (i.e., agitation). The circulation pump recycles the solvent between the containers to form a solution that that reaches a static equilibrium of flow to and from the brewing chamber allowing the least saturated solution to be in contact with the soluble substance. In one or more embodiments, agitation is performed by beaters, propellers, magnetic mixers, rotation of one or more chambers, or by making a slurry mixture.

The outflow tube is connected to an outlet port of the pump. The brewing material holder is configured to hold brewing material at an issue end of the outflow tube. The container is arranged at an issue portion of the brewing material holder. A suction end of the intake tube is arranged for fluid communication with an interior of the container. The pump is configured to draw fluid from within the container through the intake tube and to issue the fluid into the brewing material holder through the outflow tube, to brew a beverage in the brewing material holder and issue the brewed beverage into the container. At least a portion of the intake tube is attached to the container.

Method for making cold coffee and a steeping device for the implementation thereof

A method for preparing cold coffee involves placing ground coffee in a maceration basket, which is mounted in a maceration tank, and subjected the coffee to maceration by recirculated flow of maceration fluid pumped under pressure by a circulating pump to a hydrating head mounted centrally to the maceration basket. Preferably the maceration basket is completely immersed in the maceration fluid.

A device for preparing cold coffee is also disclosed, the device has a maceration tank, in which a maceration basket 1 for ground coffee is operationally mounted. The maceration basket is formed as a cylinder having a hollow center column dimensioned to receive at least a portion of the hydrating head. A circulating pump circulates the maceration fluid under pressure, from the maceration tank, via the hydrating head and the ground coffee batch disposed in the maceration basket back into the maceration tank.

The present disclosure provides a beverage dispenser and a beverage brewing method. The beverage dispenser is formed with a liquid chamber, a brewing chamber, a heating chamber that can heat up liquid, and a pressure chamber that can pressurize the liquid. The liquid chamber, the heating chamber, the pressure chamber, and the brewing chamber form a circulating liquid circuit, in which the liquid formed in the liquid chamber enters into the heating chamber. The liquid is heated in the heating chamber and then enters into the pressure chamber. The liquid is pressurized in the pressure chamber and then enters into the brewing chamber, and then flows out of the brewing chamber and enters into the liquid chamber. The beverage dispenser and the beverage brewing method provided in the present disclosure overcomes the drawbacks of manually adding hot water and manually pressurizing for producing beverage.
