Method for Obtaining Ice Cream Cones and Product Thereof
The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing an ice cream cone, formed by a cone-shaped wafer and a layer of chocolate arranged on the inner face and upper edge of said wafer, with ice cream inside the ice cream cone. Another object of the invention is the ice cream cone obtained from said process.
SANDWICH STACKER
A sandwich stacker for grasping, rotating and stacking one half of a bisected sandwich on the other half. The stacker includes a half-sandwich gripper. A selectively actuable rotator is coupled to the gripper. The gripper is adapted to releasably hold a first half-sandwich of a bisected sandwich. The rotator selectively rotates the gripper about a first axis of rotation for stacking the first half-sandwich on the other half of the sandwich. The stacker is adapted to be coupled to a positioning device, such as a robotic arm. The rotator may be mounted on the stacker or on the positioning device. The first axis of rotation may be through a center of mass of the first half-sandwich when held by the gripper, or through a cut-line bisecting the bisected sandwich when the first half-sandwich is first held by the gripper.
Food folding platform and components therefor
A folding platform includes a base, first folding flap, lift arm, and lift arm linkage. The first folding flap is rotatably connected with the base and facilitates the folding of a food item placed on the folding platform. The lift arm linkage is rotatably connected with the base and the lift arm to operatively lift the lift arm and allow the lift arm to rotate in a first rotational direction, and includes a spring that engages the lift arm linkage and the lift arm, and biases the lift arm in a second rotational direction opposite the first rotational direction. The lift arm is capable of rotating a first rotational distance, and rotating a second rotational distance greater than the first rotational distance without bending or breaking when the lift arm contacts an obstruction. The lift arm automatically returns to its normal position due to the bias force of the spring.
Apparatus and Method for Bun Production
A system for forming and baking dough has a pallet with a female mold and a ram separate from the pallet. A ribbon of unbaked dough is located between the pallet and the ram. The ram has a male mold that is actuated to contact and stretch the dough into the female mold when the male mold engages with the female mold. A portion of the dough is separated from the ribbon and remains with the pallet as it is baked. An optional weight is mated to the pallet to maintain the position of the stretched dough with the female mold during the baking process.
Device for producing a wafer cup
The invention relates to a device for producing a wafer cup, comprising a mold core and a die. The die has a base and a plurality of wall segments which are connected to the base in an articulated manner. A mechanism is provided for pivoting the wall segments from a first position, in which the base forms a support for receiving a wafer sheet that extends over the base (32), into a second position, in which the wall segments form a wall that surrounds the base and extends substantially perpendicularly from the base, thereby setting the wafer sheet sections extending over the region of the base against the mold core.

System for manufacturing an edible food product container
An automated system and method for manufacturing a cone-shaped food product holder requires the coordinated use of a forming unit, a conveyor unit and a control unit. In their combination, the forming unit rotates a conically-shaped bake form at a constant angular velocity . Simultaneously, the conveyor unit advances a bread dough strip on a conveyor belt at a constant linear velocity v, for deposit of the bread dough strip onto the bake form. In order to account for the conical configuration of the bake form, the actions of the forming unit and the conveyor unit are coordinated by the control unit. Specifically, the control unit moves the conveyor unit with a predetermined rotation relative to the forming unit to form the food product holder on the forming unit for subsequent baking.

The lift arm automatically returns to its normal position due to the bias force of the spring.
Baking Machine and Winding Device
A baking machine includes a winding device (1) for the continuous production of edible wafer rolls provided on the inside with an edible substance. The winding device has a mandrel (2) with a cylindrical winding wall (6) having an exterior winding surface (7) which is adapted for abutment and for rolling of a warm plastically deformable wafer strip and by dint of which, during operation, heat transfer takes place due to the abutment of the wafer strip. An interior of the cylindrical winding wall (6) defines a substance channel (8) for introducing the edible substance into an interior of the wafer roll, and at least one temperature-control channel (9) for guiding a temperature-control medium therethrough. The temperature-control channel (9) extends from a mounted portion (3) of the mandrel (2) into a projecting portion (4) of the mandrel (2) and back again into the mounted portion (3) of the mandrel (2).
FORTUNE COOKIE AND METHOD OF MAKING THE SAME
A fortune cookie includes a body composed of an edible cookie batter and the body being spherical in shape and having an internal pocket contained therein; an image displayed on an exterior surface of the body; and a piece of paper disposed within the internal pocket, the piece of paper having a fortune written thereon; the piece of paper is removable from the internal cavity via breaking the body.
