PORTABLE HYDRATION BOTTLE
A portable hydration bottle comprises a container that includes a bottle, a lid secured to the bottle, and a cap secured to the lid. The securing can be threaded engagement and the cap can be threaded to the lid in a direction opposite to the threaded engagement of the lid and the bottle. The portable hydration bottle can include multiple handles, such as a first handle at a side thereof and a second handle at a top thereof. Portable hydration bottles can include a strainer and a mixing element coupled to the strainer, as well as a releasable latch to prevent removal of the lid from the bottle.

A drip bag has a body formed of a water permeable sheet, an openable upper end, and hook members formed of a plate-shaped material on outer faces of two opposing body surfaces. The hook member includes: an upper stuck part adhered to the body along its opening in an elongated shape; a center part located below the upper stuck part at the body center in its width direction not to be pulled out; and a hook part not adhered to the body. Two oblique folding lines are formed on the upper stuck part with a center line therebetween, and being more spaced from the center line while extending from a lower to an upper portion of the upper stuck part, the center line bisecting the body in its width direction. Cold Coffee Brewing
A cold coffee brewing device reduces the time required to produce cold brewed coffee. The cold brewer includes a container, preferably transparent, and an elongated brewing material holder suspended from a lid of the container. The brewing material holder is enclosed in a mesh to retain brewing material in the brewing material holder. In one embodiment, the mesh is a fine nylon mesh or a 75 micron opening nylon mesh. The lid includes a mechanism to rotate the brewing material holder. The container is filled with water and the brewing material holder is filled with brewing material. Movement of the brewing material submerged in water substantially reduces the time required for cold brewing.

Disclosed are processes for making cold brew beverage compositions including concentrates and apparatus for preparing cold brew beverage compositions. The disclosed processes and apparatus allow for efficient, rapid, industrial scale production of cold brew beverage compositions having improved total solid content, improved flavor stability, longer shelf-life, and adaptability to use in small volume containers.
