The container collar is configured to cover a rim of the open top. The brewing material holder is configured to hold brewing material and to be suspended from the container collar and into an interior of the container. The brewing material holder includes a sidewall having an opening, an open top, and a bottom. The mesh element covers the opening in the sidewall of the brewing material holder. The drive assembly is positionable on the container collar and is configured to be mechanically coupled to and rotate the brewing material holder.
Cold brew coffee apparatus
Disclosed is a cold brew coffee maker and related methods of making cold brew coffee. The cold brew coffee maker can include a rotation plate assembly, a removable cup, a brew chamber and a filtration assembly. The rotation plate assembly can include an internal magnetic component for generating rotational movement of a selectively attachable component of the cup. The removable cup can include a detachable impeller and removable plate. In other embodiments, the impeller may be non-removably affixed to the cup. The impeller can engage with the rotation plate assembly by a magnetic connection. In the “on” mode, the impeller engages with the rotational plate assembly and internal magnetic component, allowing for rotational movement of the impeller. In the “off” mode, the impeller and magnetic component are freely moveable and able to disengage, allowing for easy separation of all assembly components for cleaning or replacement.
POUR-OVER COFFEE DRIPPER AND POUR-OVER DEVICE ASSEMBLY
A pour-over coffee dripper and a pour-over device assembly are provided. The pour-over coffee dripper includes a cup body, at least one center hole, a plurality of outer ring holes, and a plurality of outer ring hole columns. The center hole is formed on a center of the bottom wall or adjacent to the center of the bottom wall of the cup body. The outer ring holes and the outer ring hole columns are formed on the bottom wall of the cup body. Inner cavities of the plurality of outer ring hole columns are in spatial communication with the outer ring holes. The space in the cup body above an upper base line defined in the cup body is defined as an upper volume, and the space in the cup body below the upper base line is defined as a lower volume.
APPARATUS FOR PREPARING A BEVERAGE
An apparatus is provided for making beverages by immersing an infusible material, such as loose tea-leaves, in a liquid, such as hot water. The apparatus comprises two rigid-frame containers, a liquid-impermeable open-top beverage container, which can be an existing container selected by the user, and a movable liquid-permeable infuser container. According to embodiments of the invention, the infuser container may assume two different stationary positions relative to the beverage container, a lower stationary position and a higher stationary position. In the lower stationary position, the infusible material is covered by liquid and may be infused for a desired length of time. Thereafter the infuser container may be temporarily placed in the higher stationary position, in which position the infusible material is located above the liquid, to reduce or stop the dripping of the infusible material.
Portable brewing device
A brewing device (100) may be used to brew coffee or other brewable substances such as tea. The brewing device may include a housing (110) and one or more handles (120) for attaching the housing to a beverage container, such as a mug. The handles (120) may be moved between a stored and deployed position. The housing (110) may be porous and include a plurality of perforations (112) on each side. There may be about 70 perforations, with an even number distributed on each side of the housing, and the perforations may have a diameter of about 2.33 mm so as to permit the flow of oils and other elements of coffee which might otherwise be filtered through the housing material.
Teapot
A teapot is provided with a pot body, a tea leaf filter basket in the pot body, and a lid on the pot body. A tea leaf filter basket bracket is sleeved at a pot opening of the pot body on an outer edge of the tea leaf filter basket; the tea leaf filter basket bracket and an inner side surface of the pot opening of the pot body are in interference fit; and the tea leaf filter basket bracket is in pivoted connection with the lid. The tea leaf filter basket is placed on the tea leaf filter basket bracket.
Beverage brewing system
A beverage brewer includes a container configured to hold liquid and having an open top, and a brewing material holder configured to be suspended into the container and to hold beverage brewing material in contact with liquid held in the container. The brewer also includes a pressure assembly operable to provide pressurized liquid flow through the brewing material holder within the container, and/or a heating element configured to be arranged at least partially in an interior of the container and operable to heat liquid held in the container.
Liquid Filtering Press
A liquid filtering press comprises two rigid baskets that stack together in a nested fashion to squeeze a filtration bag containing an unfiltered liquid. The liquid permeable baskets permit liquid to flow out freely through the entire surface of the filtration bag while preventing direct hand-to-liquid contact during pressing. A linkage between the baskets facilitates opening, closing, and pressing operations.
RETROFIT INFUSER
A retrofit infuser may be configured to be used with a drinking container to allow material, held within the infuser, to be infused within a liquid of the drinking container. The material may be fruits, vegetables, teas, coffee beans, coffee grounds, or other food and drink related items. The infuser may include a lid. The lid may be configured to removably secure the infuser within a neck of the drinking container or to float atop a liquid in the drinking container. The infuser may include a cage configured to hold the material to be infused and to allow the material to be infused into the liquid of the drinking container. The cage may be configured to be removably secured within the lid of the infuser. The infuser may further be configured to removably secure to a straw of the drinking container.
