Provided is a Cartridge brewing filter device for use with a cartridge brewing system. The device aids in further filtering the beverage provided by a cartridge brewing system. The filter device also helps prevent the beverage from splashing out of the beverage container during the brewing process. Additional features include using the filter device to add flavor, tea, coffee, elements, etc to the beverage to enhance the brewing experience.

A paper-made coffee dripper is formed by folding a single sheet of heat-resistant paper model for use in drip-brewing coffee; and includes a ground coffee bag connected to and suspended in a U-shaped stand formed by sequentially connected front, rear and bottom walls. The ground coffee bag includes at least one smaller bottom opening covered by a paper filter, and the bottom wall includes a centered larger opening located directly below the smaller opening. A first and a second seal strip are thermally bonded to openably close a top opening of the ground coffee bag to seal an amount of ground coffee therein. A user can dispose the coffee dripper on a cup and pour hot water into the ground coffee bag to make drip-brewed coffee, and the produced liquid coffee flows through the smaller and the larger opening down into the cup.

A coffee maker comprises a one-piece body having a top and a bottom, and a brew pod removably disposed within the one-piece body. The brew pod includes a grounds basket, one or more straws disposed under the grounds basket, and a snorkel removably disposed above the grounds basket. The body has locking channels that mate with locking tabs on the brew pod. The snorkel includes a spout, an engagement member disposed under the spout, and a top hat disposed above the spout. A gasket with means for retaining a filtering means may be disposed between the engagement member and the grounds basket. The coffee maker may include means for lifting the one-piece body away from a heat source used during the brewing process. Such a lifting arrangement may also have a lid with an extension means to extend the lid away from the one-piece body during the brewing process.

The present invention discloses a portable coffee brewing apparatus and a using method therefor, and belongs to the technical field of coffee brewing. The apparatus comprises an upper lid, a bottle body, a bottom lid, a pushing structure, and a powder cartridge, wherein two ends of the powder cartridge are provided with a first filtering device and a second filtering device with a permeability lower than that of the first filtering device, the pushing structure is configured to push the powder cartridge to move axially along the bottle body, and the upper lid and the bottom lid are in sealing connection with two ends of the bottle body in a detachable manner. The coffee brewing apparatus of the present invention adopts the second filtering device with a low permeability to filter, which is beneficial to pressurization and infiltration to improve the concentration of the coffee.

A beverage filtering press, preferably for pressing coffee beverages, includes a hollow cylinder, a removable filter cap, a removable piston that is inserted in the cylinder and pressed downward to force beverage through the filter cap, and a support to hold the press above the mouth of an open vessel. Oversized filtering presses for dispensing multiple serving of beverage are provided. Beverage presses are provided that include a hollow cylinder and piston both formed of plastic, including a clear plastic. Alternatively, beverage presses are provided that include a cylinder formed of glass and a piston formed of metal, such as stainless steel or aluminum. The support and filter cap can also be formed of plastic or a metal, such as stainless steel or aluminum. A carafe specially shaped to correspond to the support can be used. Organizer holder stands that accommodate various beverage presses are also provided.

A beverage filtering press, preferably for pressing coffee beverages, includes a hollow cylinder, a removable filter cap, a removable piston that is inserted in the cylinder and pressed downward to force beverage through the filter cap, and a support to hold the press above the mouth of an open vessel. A filter-paper insert for making brewed beverages at least two layers of filter paper having a base and two opposite sides. The two layers are connected together at the base and at the two opposite sides to define an interior space that can be filled from a filling opening opposite the base. The filter paper includes a plurality of slots to increase permeability. The filter-paper insert has a lower region adjacent the base and an upper adjacent the filling opening. The lower region has fewer slots per surface area than the upper region.

A filter-paper insert for making brewed beverages at least two layers of filter paper having a base and two opposite sides. The two layers are connected together at the base and at the two opposite sides to define an interior space that can be filled from a filling opening opposite the base. The filter paper includes a plurality of slots to increase permeability. The filter-paper insert has a lower region adjacent the base and an upper adjacent the filling opening. The lower region has fewer slots per surface area than the upper region.

A method of making a flavored filter, the method comprises extracting a flavor from a flavor source; applying the flavor on a filter; and drying the sprayed filter. In another example embodiment, a method of making a composite flavored filter further includes extracting a first flavor from a first flavor source; spraying the first flavor on a first filter; extracting a second flavor from a second flavor source; spraying the second flavor on a second filter; drying the first filter and the second first filter separately; and combining the dried first filter and dried second filter to form a composite flavored coffee filter.

A method of making a flavored filter, the method comprises extracting a flavor from a flavor source; applying the flavor on a filter; and drying the sprayed filter. In another example embodiment, a method of making a composite flavored filter further includes extracting a first flavor from a first flavor source; spraying the first flavor on a first filter; extracting a second flavor from a second flavor source; spraying the second flavor on a second filter; drying the first filter and the second first filter separately; and combining the dried first filter and dried second filter to form a composite flavored coffee filter.
