A liquid container (10), with attachments, is taught which consists of a vacuum insulated container body (20) with open top and integral threads. A top closure (42) attaches to the container body with mating threads permitting disassembly. A number of removable attachments (64) are fastened to the top closure. A lid (98) is attached to the top closure forming a liquid tight seal for the container. When an infuser attachment is used, brewing media is placed in the infuser and hot water in the container, the media steeps forming a brew, after the lid and media is removed, the beverage is sipped from the closure lip. If a strainer attachment is selected, brewing media and hot water are added into the container, the media steeps forming a brew and, after the lid removed, the beverage is sipped from the closure lip. When an isolator attachment is chosen it replaces the seal ring on the closure thereby covering all exposed thermoplastic surfaces permitting drinking directly from the container body.

Personal juice extractor system

A personal juice extractor system is provided including a blending and pressing apparatus where a user places a container charged with food or beverage or any combination thereof in a container chamber. After the start button is pressed, a blending tool attached to a shaft along with a cover are lowered into the container until the cover seals the open top of the container. The blending tool is axially rotated until a desired consistency is achieved. The cover then presses down on the blended contents, forcing liquid to flow out an outlet in the bottom of the container and into an external cup for consumption. The cover, shaft, and blending tool are retracted and then the container is removed from the container chamber and discarded or cleaned for reuse.

Apparatus for infusing and dispensing oils

The present invention pertains in general to an apparatus and method for the infusing, agitation and dispensation of oils in a controlled manner to produce a desired potency of an infusion while remaining below an identified maximum temperature threshold.

Brewing assemblies and related brewing methods. In some embodiments, the assembly may be configured to allow for improved, precision control over one or more aspects, stages, and/or parameters of the brewing process. For example, some embodiments may allow for full-immersion brewing for a precise, controlled period of time, which time may be controlled by application of a pressure differential to actuate a valve for and/or provide a force to assist in delivery of a brewed beverage from a brewing chamber of the assembly. Some embodiments may further provide for various pre-infusion steps/stages and/or post-immersion steps/stages.

Method for making cold coffee and a steeping device for the implementation thereof

A method for preparing cold coffee involves placing ground coffee in a maceration basket, which is mounted in a maceration tank, and subjected the coffee to maceration by recirculated flow of maceration fluid pumped under pressure by a circulating pump to a hydrating head mounted centrally to the maceration basket. Preferably the maceration basket is completely immersed in the maceration fluid. A device for preparing cold coffee is also disclosed, the device has a maceration tank, in which a maceration basket 1 for ground coffee is operationally mounted. The maceration basket is formed as a cylinder having a hollow center column dimensioned to receive at least a portion of the hydrating head. A circulating pump circulates the maceration fluid under pressure, from the maceration tank, via the hydrating head and the ground coffee batch disposed in the maceration basket back into the maceration tank.
