The invention concerns a beverage dispenser comprising: a housing (4) at least two containers (2) for storing a water soluble beverage powder, each container comprising a tank (21) and an outlet (22), at least two dissolution chambers (3), each being operatively linked to one of the containers (2) for preparing a beverage from the water soluble beverage powder and a diluent, for each dissolution chamber (3), an extractor hood (5) at the top of said dissolution chamber, an evacuating fan (6), an extraction device (7) connected to each extractor hood (5) and to said evacuating fan (6), said extraction device comprising internal paths (71) for guiding flows from the extractor hoods through the extraction device,
wherein: the extraction device (7) is an essentially parallelepipedic box connected: to each extractor hood (6) through cooperating holes (71) on its front lateral side, and to the evacuating fan (36) through one cooperating holes (72) on one other lateral side, the box of the extraction device is fully removable from the housing (4), the box consists of a lower part (7a) and an upper part (7b) and is configured for being manually opened by separating the lower part (7a) from the upper part (7b).

A coffee brewing system includes a brew vessel adapted to receive water and ground coffee to produce and store a brewed beverage and to provide for a cleaning system. A lead serving chamber is pierced so that its powered contents drain into a mixing cup together with a metered quantity of water from an integrated water tank. A vibrator unit assists drainage of the granulated materials from the lead serving chamber. The mixing cup is rotated at high speed to blend the water and supplements into a slurry. The invention concerns a method for producing a beverage by dissolution of at least one soluble beverage powder with water in a beverage preparation apparatus, said apparatus comprising:—at least one chamber (1a, 1b) configured for receiving and mixing at least one soluble beverage powder with water to prepare beverage and for dispensing beverage to a drinking receptacle receiving area (10), and—a nozzle (4) for delivering a jet of water to the drinking receptacle receiving area (10), and said method comprising the steps of: a) preparing a beverage with said at least one chamber and dispensing said beverage inside a drinking receptacle (9) at the receiving area (10), the beverage forming visual layers inside the drinking receptacle, wherein said method comprises the step b) of jetting water through the nozzle (4) inside the drinking receptacle (9) at the receiving area after step a).

An apparatus and method for mixing and milling dry ingredients with water to produce a homogenous beverage. The apparatus may include, for example, a water supply, a tubing system, a dry ingredient container, a splash-back prevention unit, and a mixer capable of emulsifying and homogenizing a slurry, which, in accordance with some embodiments, may include large ground course particles (such as nuts) and water. The apparatus may also include a pump configured to move the slurry and homogenized beverage through the tubing, and a motor, which, in accordance in some embodiments in accordance with the present disclosure, controls the mill.
