In a cooling device (10) having a coolable storage chamber (15) for storing a plurality of storage containers (11, 12, 13, 14) having liquid foodstuffs to be made available for dispensing to a beverage dispensing device connected to the cooling device, two or more receiving compartments (21, 22, 23, 24) are provided, each of which receives one pump module (30, 30′, 30a, 30a′, 30a″, 30a′″) which is used to pump liquid foodstuff of a foodstuff type allocated to the relevant pump module to a beverage dispensing device connected to the cooling device.

The coffee dispenser disclosed herein may serve a single serving of coffee. The coffee dispenser may include a coffee concentrate grinder which receives a single serving of dehydrated and hardened single serve of coffee for 8 fluid ounces. The grinder may be disposed above a mixing chamber which receives hot water. The hot water dissolves the ground dehydrated coffee.

The coffee dispenser disclosed herein may serve a single serving of coffee. The coffee dispenser may include a coffee concentrate grinder which receives a single serving of dehydrated and hardened single serve of coffee for 8 fluid ounces. The grinder may be disposed above a mixing chamber which receives hot water. The hot water dissolves the ground dehydrated coffee.

A system for preparing and dispensing a nitrogen-infused beverage includes a chilled water delivery subsystem, a beverage concentrate subsystem including a beverage concentrate fluidically coupled to a beverage pump, and a nitrogen delivery subsystem. The system includes a nitrogen infuser having a first input fluidically coupled to the nitrogen delivery subsystem and one other input fluidically coupled to the beverage pump. A flavor concentrate subsystem includes a flavor concentrate fluidically coupled to a flavor pump. The system also includes a kegerator tower assembly, and a flavor manifold having a first input fluidically coupled to an output of the nitrogen infuser, one other input to the at least one flavor pump, and an output fluidically coupled to an input of the kegerator tower assembly. A controller controls the beverage pump and the flavor pump. A computer coupled to a camera, and configured for instructing the controller to prepare the beverage.

A system for preparing and dispensing a nitrogen-infused beverage includes a chilled water delivery subsystem, a beverage concentrate subsystem including a beverage concentrate fluidically coupled to a beverage pump, and a nitrogen delivery subsystem. A system for dispensing individual servings of a beverage, said system comprising: a beverage receptacle holder adapted for retaining a beverage receptacle; a plurality of dry formulation beverage mixtures; selection means for selecting one or more of said beverage mixtures for said beverage; dispensing means for measuring an individual serving quantity of said selected one or more beverage mixtures and for depositing said individual serving quantity into said beverage receptacle; fluid dispensing module for depositing an individual serving quantity of a selected fluid into said beverage receptacle; means for sealing said beverage receptacle; and means for mixing said individual serving quantity of said beverage mixture and said fluid to provide a mixed beverage for dispensing.

A system for dispensing individual servings of a beverage, said system comprising: a beverage receptacle holder adapted for retaining a beverage receptacle; a plurality of dry formulation beverage mixtures; selection means for selecting one or more of said beverage mixtures for said beverage; dispensing means for measuring an individual serving quantity of said selected one or more beverage mixtures and for depositing said individual serving quantity into said beverage receptacle; fluid dispensing module for depositing an individual serving quantity of a selected fluid into said beverage receptacle; means for sealing said beverage receptacle; and means for mixing said individual serving quantity of said beverage mixture and said fluid to provide a mixed beverage for dispensing.

A beverage producing apparatus configured to produce a beverage using an extraction target as a raw material, includes: a housing configured to form an exterior of the beverage producing apparatus; a control unit configured to control each producing operation of the beverage producing apparatus; and an operation unit configured to accept an operation of an operator. The housing includes a transmissive portion configured to make an interior of the housing visible from an outside. The control unit can control each producing operation in an automatic mode or a manual mode. In the automatic mode, each producing operation is automatically controlled in accordance with a condition set in advance. In the manual mode, each producing operation is controlled in accordance with an operation for the operation unit.
