At least one chamber part (8) is displaceable with respect to the other charnel ber part (7) between a spaced-apart position, to enable loading of the aforesaid dose (9) into the preparation chamber, and a close position, to enable introduction of water and/or steam into the preparation chamber and dispensing the liquid food product therefrom. The dispensing assembly (2) further comprises a pneumatic circuit (30) configured for supplying compressed air to the preparation chamber, in particular when the first chamber part (7) and the second chamber part (8) are in the close position.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AUTOMATED DISPENSING
An apparatus, system and device are provided for dispensing a granular food product into a receptacle for consumption. The apparatus includes: a hopper containing said granular food product, said hopper having an outlet proximate a bottom end thereof; a dispensing rotor mounted in said hopper, said rotor rotatable to push said granular food product through said outlet; a control subsystem operable to receive a signal indicative of a desired quantity of said granular food product and to dispense the desired quantity of said food product through said outlet by rotating said rotor by a specific amount; and a chute positioned below said outlet to direct dispensed food product into said receptacle.
Hand drip coffee maker
Disclosed is a hand drip coffee maker which includes: a support unit on which a storage container is seated; a ground coffee hopper which is installed on the support unit through a hopper holder, and accommodates ground coffee therein; a mounting post which is installed on the support unit; an arm unit which includes a link arm that is rotatably installed at an upper side of the mounting post so that a tip portion of the link arm is disposed to face the ground coffee hopper; a dripper nozzle which is mounted to the tip portion of the link arm so as to supply water into the ground coffee hopper; and a syrup nozzle which is mounted to the tip portion of the link arm so as to supply syrup into the storage container.
BEVERAGE PREPARATION MACHINES AND METHODS OF CONNECTING STEAM WANDS THERETO
The invention provides a beverage preparation machine comprising a steam wand connector wherein the connector comprises an aperture having a first portion having a first maximum width which tapers and/or curves to a second portion which has a second narrower width.
MOTORIZED BREWING UNIT
A brewing unit includes a first part having a receptacle for receiving a capsule, a cartridge or a compacted pod, a second part movable relative to the first part between an open position in which the first and second parts are at a distance from each other, and a closed position in which the second and first parts are coupled to one another to define a brewing chamber. An electric motor controls movement of the second part relative to the first part. A transmission mechanism arranged between the electric motor and the first or second part comprises a movable member whose position is univocally associated with the relative position of the second part with respect to the first part. An electronic control unit controls the electric motor. A micro-switch switches between an ON operational state and an OFF operational state depending on the position of the movable member.
BEVERAGE APPARATUS WITH MIXING CHAMBER
The invention concerns a beverage preparation apparatus (100), said apparatus comprising at least one chamber (1) for receiving and mixing water and at least one soluble beverage ingredient, said chamber comprising: —a lateral side wall (11) defining an internal mixing volume, —a bottom wall (12) comprising a beverage outlet (3), —at least one water supply device (2) configured for creating a jet of water (21) and orienting said jet of water inside the chamber, —at least one rotating device (4) configured to rotate around a rotational axis inside the mixing chamber, said rotating device comprising blades (41), wherein the blades of the rotating device are freely rotatable around the rotational axis, and wherein the jet of water introduced in the chamber is oriented to hit the blades of the rotating device and actuate the rotation of the rotating device around the rotational axis.
ADAPTIVE SERVICE UNIT OF A BEVERAGE MACHINE
A machine (1) for preparing a beverage has: a body (1′) comprising a seat (4) and a beverage processing line (1″, 1″′) extending from a liquid inlet (1″) to a beverage dispenser (1″′); and a service unit (10) that is removably received in or on the seat (4) and that comprises a foot part (11) and a recipient part (12) removably received in or on the foot part (11) so as to be supported thereby. The foot part (11) has a bottom face (11′) configured to rest on an external horizontal support surface (100) when the service unit (10) is removed from the seat (4). When the recipient part (12) is received in or on the foot part (11), the recipient part (12) is movable relative to the foot part (11) from a first stable position when the service unit (10) rests on the external horizontal support surface (100) to a second stable position when the service unit (10) is received in or on the seat (4), and vice versa.
