In one embodiment, the injection system has a plurality of injection nozzles that are each adapted for piercing a lid of a capsule. In another embodiment, the brew chamber has at least one movable portion that is adapted to move to receive different sized capsules.
MICRO-DISCHARGE DISPOSITION AND BEVERAGE PREPARATION MACHINE WITH SAID MICRO-DISCHARGE DISPOSITION
The present invention discloses a beverage discharge disposition comprising a discharge casing (1) configured so that can be provided in the front region of a beverage preparation machine (20), including the option of supplying milk and frothed milk, whereby said beverage discharge disposition presents an air valve disposition (10) adapted so as to provide better milk frothing conditions, notably by means of an air valve disposition (10) presenting a particular characteristic dimension (d) of a respective discharge passageway (18).
The present invention further refers to a beverage preparation machine (20) comprising a beverage discharge disposition according to the present invention.
Beverage Preparation And Infusion System
A machine is provided for preparing a desired beverage product from infusible materials. The machine includes a brew chamber that is adapted to hold the infusible materials, the brew chamber having an inlet and an outlet. An inlet tube is provided for transferring a fluid from a fluid receptacle to the inlet of the brew chamber and a dispensing tube is provided for transferring fluid from the outlet of the brew chamber to the receptacle. A fluid pump is provided for recirculating fluid through the brew chamber. In another aspect, a machine is provided for preparing a desired beverage product containing a gas. The machine includes a fluid pump for recirculating fluid from a fluid receptacle through an inlet tube to a dispensing tube and back to said fluid receptacle. The machine further includes an air pump disposed between the inlet tube and the fluid pump for introducing air into said beverage fluid that is recirculated by said fluid pump. A pod for use with the machine is also provided.
LIQUID DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING WATER AND A FLAVORED BEVERAGE
A liquid dispensing apparatus for dispensing water and a flavored beverage. The dispensing apparatus may dispense chilled drinking water, hot drinking water and/or ambient temperature drinking water. The dispensing apparatus may further dispense a chilled, ambient temperature and/or hot flavored beverage. The flavored beverage may be coffee, tea, hot chocolate or another flavored beverage. The dispensing apparatus may include a replaceable five (5) gallon water bottle stored in a lower portion of the dispensing apparatus or an external source of water. Preferably, the liquid dispensing apparatus dispenses chilled drinking water and hot coffee from a replaceable five (5) gallon water bottle stored in a lower portion of the dispensing apparatus wherein the replaceable five (5) gallon water bottle is stored in an upright orientation, i.e., the discharge port of the replaceable five (5) gallon water bottle is oriented above a bottom of the replaceable five (5) gallon water bottle.
COFFEE BREWING MACHINE
A coffee brewing machine has a body, a first moving module, and a second moving module. The first moving module is mounted to the body, and has a first slide rail and a feeding component. The first slide rail is connected to the body. The feeding component is slidably mounted to the first slide rail and has a nozzle. The second moving module is mounted to the body below the first moving module, and has a second slide rail and a platform. The second slide rail is connected to the body and located below the first slide rail in a direction intersecting with the first slide rail. The platform is slidably mounted to the second slide rail. Therefore, the nozzle may move against a coffee cup put on the platform in two directions with the two independent moving modules.
DISPENSER WITH PARALLEL DISPENSING PATHS
A beverage preparation machine (1) has: a water circuit (12,13) for guiding water (2,2,2) from a source (11); and a mixing unit (20) fluidically connected to the water circuit (12,13) and to a beverage outlet (23) for dispensing to a consumer cup or mug (5) a beverage (3) formed in the mixing unit (20). The mixing unit (20) has a first module (21) and a second module (22) that are relatively movable from: a distant configuration for inserting an ingredient between the first and second modules (21,22); to a proximate position for combining such ingredient with water (2) supplied by the water circuit (12,13) so as to form the beverage (3). The machine has: a further unit (30) fluidically connected to the water circuit (12,13) and to an outlet (33) for dispensing to a consumer cup or mug water (2) supplied by the water circuit (12,13); and a water directing device (14) fluidically connected to the water circuit (12,13), to the mixing unit (20) and to the further unit (30). The directing device (14) has one or more valves (141,142;143,144) that is/are actuated by the relatively moving first and/or second modules (21,22) and that can be opened and closed for controlling a flow of water (2,2,2) from the water circuit (12,13) selectively to the mixing unit (20) or to the further unit (30).
