ELECTRIC FROTHING DEVICE
An electric frothing device includes a driving unit, a connecting rod, and a frothing unit. The driving unit has a housing, and a drive motor disposed in the housing. The drive motor has a power outputting shaft. The connecting rod is fixed to the power outputting shaft of the drive motor. The frothing unit has a fan fixed to the connecting rod and having blades, and a coil spring disposed with an interval from the blades of the fan.
JUG
A jug comprising a container body, and a spout wherein said container body has a main axis (x) about which said container body develops, said spout being positioned in a given angular position about said main axis (x), and said spout defines an outflow section for pouring the liquid that is to be contained in said container body and a further spout which, with respect to said first spout is provided in a different angular position about said main axis (x) and defines a smaller outflow section.
Convective heating system for a portable beverage dispensing container
A portable beverage dispensing container comprises a housing and an internal beverage holding tank positioned in and contained within the housing. The internal beverage holding tank is configured to receive and store a beverage, with a dispensing nozzle on an external surface of the housing in fluid communication with the internal beverage holding tank. The housing includes one or more openings defined through a surface thereof, such that heated air can be introduced into the housing and into a space defined between the internal beverage holding tank and the housing. A satellite brewing system includes such a portable beverage dispensing container, along with a brewing station with a heater and a fan for generating heated air. When the portable beverage dispensing container is positioned at the brewing station, the heated air is directed into the space defined between the internal beverage holding tank and the housing of the shuttle.
Foaming device
A device for producing fluid foam includes a container where the fluid can be accommodated, and includes a foaming tool rotatable in the inner volume of the container. The texture and the porosity of the fluid foam obtained are provided by shear energy coming from Couette Flow effect and depend on the dimension of the foaming tool with respect to the inner volume of the container, on the location of the foaming tool from the bottom of the container and on the rotation speed of the foaming tool.
Blender Frothing Apparatus and Method
A frothing accessory for a blender comprises a main body having a sidewall and a bottom wall. The sidewall has at least a first portion having a frustoconical shape. The bottom wall is at a wider end of the main body. The frothing accessory is adapted to be attachable to a blender jar to enable the frothing accessory to be selectively rotated about a longitudinal axis.
Coffee dispenser
The coffee dispenser disclosed herein may serve a single serving of coffee. The coffee dispenser may including a coffee concentrate fluid line which intersects with a water fluid line at a junction to allow mixing of coffee concentrate with water as the respective fluids flow through the coffee dispenser.
MACHINE FOR PREPARING BEVERAGES WITH REMOVABLE DISCHARGE
A machine (1) for preparing beverages comprising a machine casing (2) and discharge (7) including a discharge casing (71) with an opening (72) confined by a side wall (73) and a base wall (74) that includes at least one discharge passageway (75) disposed on a side opposite to the opening (72). The discharge casing (71) comprises retention elements (76) arranged in substantially mutually opposite positions on the perimeter region of the casing opening (72), whereby the retention elements (76) provide a removable retention along a vertical longitudinal plane of said discharge casing (71) on the machine casing (2). Thus, the opening (72) is confined above by a downwards oriented portion of said machine casing (2) when retained thereon by said retention elements (76). The retention elements (76) are adapted to provide retention on the machine casing (2) and release therefrom by manual actuation thereof without requiring the use of tools.
Device for the preparation of a beverage
A device for the preparation of a beverage includes a beverage supply duct and a closure element. The closure element includes a closing surface suitable for closing at least partially an end of the supply duct. The device is characterized in that the closure element is made of elastomer material suitable for undergoing an elastic deformation under the thrust of the beverage being supplied. The deformation causes an at least partial movement of the closing surface away from the end of the supply duct.
Virtual sight glass for a portable beverage dispensing container
A portable beverage dispensing container comprises a housing and an internal beverage holding tank positioned in and contained within the housing. The internal beverage holding tank is configured to receive and store a beverage, and the internal beverage holding tank is constructed from a translucent material. The housing includes an opening through a rear surface thereof, such that light from a light source (which is installed at a brewing station) can be directed through the opening and through the internal beverage holding tank, such a light pattern is projected on a sight glass window on a front surface of the housing that provides a visual indication of the level of the beverage in the shuttle.
FLUID MIXING APPARATUS AND METHODS
Apparatus and methods are provided for making a beverage or providing a liquid. First and second liquids may be mixed to form a mixed liquid. The mixed liquid may be passed through a frothing head and/or may be combined with a coffee product and optionally dispensed into a cup. Examples of first and second liquids can include, but are not limited to various dairy products, enzymes and flavoring liquids. According to one example implementation, a first liquid is a reduced fat milk, such as skim milk, and a second liquid is whole milk, thereby enabling the creation of dairy product varieties including one percent and two percent milk to be created by the appropriate mixture combination of the skim milk and whole milk.
