Sanitary fitting for dispensing prepared liquids
This disclosure relates to a sanitary fitting for dispensing prepared liquids, for example, for beverages. A disclosed system includes a first control element for setting a quantity of the prepared liquid to be dispensed and an actuating element for providing the quantity of prepared liquid set by means of the first control element, wherein at least one second control element is configured to select a type of preparation, for example, from at least two different types of preparation, of non-prepared liquid, wherein the first and the at least one second control element are actuatable independently of one another.
MACHINE FOR DISPENSING COFFEE AND PROCESS THEREOF
A machine for dispensing coffee comprising: includes at least one pump, at least one heating device, and at least one delivery group. The pump sends pressurized water to the delivery group, and the heating device heats the water sent to the delivery group.
The machine further includes at least one container of ground coffee; and a dispensing opening adapted to deliver, into a cup, coffee obtained by percolating the pressurized heated water through a dose of coffee powder in the container, wherein the coffee includes liquid coffee and coffee cream;
The machine includes, in proximity of the dispensing opening, a coffee quality optical sensor adapted to intercept the coffee flow exiting the dispensing opening which detection is processed by a processing and control unit to generate a signal indicative of the properties of the coffee cream and/or a signal proportional to the extraction of coffee in the liquid coffee.
JAPANESE-STYLE ICED COFFEE MAKER
A method for brewing Japanese-style iced coffee with a single-serve beverage dispenser includes dispensing heated water onto coffee grounds disposed within a brew chamber of a brew module, flowing brewed coffee from the brew chamber into an ice chamber of an iced coffee module, the brewed coffee flowing over ice within the ice chamber, and flowing the iced brewed coffee from the ice chamber into a container. A related single-serve beverage dispenser is also provided.

METHOD FOR CREATING A DIGITAL TWIN OF A BEVERAGE DISPENSER
A method for creating a digital twin of a beverage dispenser including first and second tapping valves is based on the use of a telematic communication network with a cloud server provided with storage in which one or more geographical areas are stored and for each geographical area one or more respective sites in which at least one beverage dispenser is positioned, as well as a plurality of beverages. The digital twin is created based on data stored in the storage: a datum concerning a selected geographical area and/or a datum concerning a selected site, a datum concerning a first unique identification code associated with the first tapping valve, a datum concerning a second unique identification code associated with the second tapping valve, a datum concerning a first beverage associated with the first tapping valve, and a datum concerning a second beverage associated with the second tapping valve.
SINGLE SERVE COFFEE MAKER
A single serve coffee brewer includes a user input device configured to receive brew information from a user. A grinding mechanism grinds whole coffee beans based on the brew information. A brew chamber includes a first section to receive and retain the ground coffee beans, a filter divider retaining the ground coffee beans in the first section, and an annular section prevented from receiving the ground coffee beans by the filter divider. A water reservoir and a heater configured to heat water from the reservoir based on the brew information. A water pump moves a measured amount of heated water from the heater to the brew chamber, based on the brew information. A drawdown release valve retains the water in the brew chamber for a set duration, based on the brew information, and releases brewed coffee from the brewing chamber responsive to the duration elapsing.
Apparatus and method for brewing infusion material
The invention concerns an apparatus (1) for brewing infusion material, said infusion material being hold in a filtering packet (2), said apparatus comprising: —a brew container (11) configured for holding water and a filtering packet of infusion material, and 10—a basket (12) configured for holding the filtering packet and configured for being hold in the brew container, and—an actuator (13) to rotate the basket inside the brew container.
Apparatus for making a beverage, capsule for making a beverage and combination of an apparatus and at least two different capsules for making beverages
An apparatus for making a beverage using a capsule (3), (4), wherein, respectively for a first and a second type of beverage selectable, first data and second data are saved which comprise a first and a second supplying start temperature value, a first and a second steady-state supplying temperature value, a first and a second total supplying time and a first and a second activation mode for the pump (16), and wherein an electronic control unit (19) is programmed to cause the supplying respectively of the first and second type of beverage using the first data and the second data for controlling a pump (16) and a boiler (17); wherein the first total supplying time comprises a pre-infusion time, a wait time and an infusion time; and wherein the first activation mode comprises an electricity supply to the pump (16) with an average power that is greater than that in the second activation mode.
