METHOD FOR CREATING A DIGITAL TWIN OF A BEVERAGE DISPENSER
A method for creating a digital twin of a beverage dispenser including first and second tapping valves is based on the use of a telematic communication network with a cloud server provided with storage in which one or more geographical areas are stored and for each geographical area one or more respective sites in which at least one beverage dispenser is positioned, as well as a plurality of beverages. The digital twin is created based on data stored in the storage: a datum concerning a selected geographical area and/or a datum concerning a selected site, a datum concerning a first unique identification code associated with the first tapping valve, a datum concerning a second unique identification code associated with the second tapping valve, a datum concerning a first beverage associated with the first tapping valve, and a datum concerning a second beverage associated with the second tapping valve.
SINGLE SERVE COFFEE MAKER
A single serve coffee brewer includes a user input device configured to receive brew information from a user. A grinding mechanism grinds whole coffee beans based on the brew information. A brew chamber includes a first section to receive and retain the ground coffee beans, a filter divider retaining the ground coffee beans in the first section, and an annular section prevented from receiving the ground coffee beans by the filter divider. A water reservoir and a heater configured to heat water from the reservoir based on the brew information. A water pump moves a measured amount of heated water from the heater to the brew chamber, based on the brew information. A drawdown release valve retains the water in the brew chamber for a set duration, based on the brew information, and releases brewed coffee from the brewing chamber responsive to the duration elapsing.
System for aerating a liquid food product, and a method for preparing a liquid food product
The invention relates to a system for aerating a liquid food product, wherein the system includes a bubble generator (5) for generating bubbles in a liquid food product flow. The bubble generator (5) includes a wall (23) having gas transmissive pores, which wall separates an air supply space (24) from the liquid food product flow, wherein an air supply (4) is provided for supplying air to the air supply space (24). The air supply (4) includes an air drying device (7) for drying air, preferably dehumidifying air, to be supplied to the air supply space (24) and/or a container (8) containing pre-dried air, said container (8) being arranged for supplying dried air to the air supply space.
