Controlled system for brewing infused beverages
An infused beverage brewing assembly and system operably configured to receive a desired dispensed infused solution mass and a total infusion time utilized in an infusion algorithm to generate an infused solution. The system includes an electronic controller operably configured to initiate a time counter associated with an inducement of the flow of the solvent to generate a running infusion time and a first and second portions separated by a triggering condition, and to generate, in the second portion and dynamically, a remaining infusion time and a remaining dispensed infused solution mass, The electronic controller is also operable to execute the infusion algorithm in the second portion of the running infusion time to generate the solvent flow rate change sufficient to provide the remaining dispensed infused solution mass in the remaining infusion time based on the running infusion time, the desired dispensed infused solution mass, and the total infusion time.
Hot beverage preparation apparatus comprising a continuous flow heater
In order to reduce limescale formation on the continuous flow heater during operation of an apparatus for preparing freshly brewed hot beverages which has a hot water generator, which is embodied as a continuous flow heater, and a brewing apparatus, to which hot water from the hot water generator can be supplied, a controller for actuating the continuous flow heater is provided, which controller switches on the continuous flow heater for the purpose of drawing a pre-specified quantity of hot water and switches off said continuous flow heater shortly before the quantity of hot water is completely output, so that the temperature of the hot water at the output of the continuous flow heater is declining at the end of the drawing operation.
One touch cooker
An automated one touch cooker device that automatically cooks food items in a pot and the same pot can be used as a serving container. The automated one touch cooker comprises of a cooking vessel, a water reservoir and a body frame wherein the cooking vessel is used for cooking a food item, the water reservoir holds fresh water for cooking, and the body frame houses the water reservoir and the cooking vessel. The body frame further holds a water pump, a water heater, and other elements required to run the cooker device.

CYCLIC PREHEATING COFFEE POT AND WORKING METHOD THEREOF
A cyclic preheating coffee pot includes a main body, a brewing cavity, a water supply apparatus, a heating apparatus, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe mounted on the main body, and a control apparatus, a driving apparatus and a flow dividing structure mounted on the main body. The water supply apparatus is communicated with the heating apparatus, the water supply apparatus is configured to supply water to the heating apparatus, and the water outlet pipe is communicated with the heating apparatus and the flow dividing structure. The flow dividing structure includes a first branch. The water outlet pipe is communicated with the water supply apparatus via the first branch, such that the water supply apparatus, the water inlet pipe, the heating apparatus, the water outlet pipe and the first branch are communicated and form a cyclic pipeline provided with a one-way valve apparatus or a water pump.
Heat generating assembly
A heat generating assembly (13), aiming to solve the problem of low heating efficiency in the related art such as a coffee machine. The heat generating assembly (13) includes a water inlet (133), a water outlet (134), and a heat generating body (135) provided between the water inlet (133) and the water outlet (134). The heat generating body (135) includes a heating film (132), a bottom cover (131) for the heating film, the heating film (132) is capable of generating heat upon energization to heat liquid flowing through the heat generating body (135). The heat generating assembly (13) uses film-type heating technology, the heating efficiency is high and accurate control of temperature can be realized.

DUAL PURPOSE TEMPERATURE AND CONDUCTIVE PROBE FOR BEVERAGE MACHINE
Methods and systems for employing a sensor to detect two physical characteristics of a liquid in a beverage machine. A sensor may have a conductive probe portion to contact liquid, e.g., to detect a liquid level in a removable water tank, and a thermistor portion to detect a temperature of the liquid.
AIR PREHEATING OF BREW CHAMBER
A beverage machine having a heater arranged to receive unheated liquid and deliver heated liquid to a dispensing station to form a beverage, and to receive unheated air and deliver heated air to the dispensing station to preheat portions of the dispensing station before forming a beverage. The machine may be arranged to deliver heated air to the dispensing station only if a temperature at the dispensing station is below a threshold.
Device and process for controlling the extraction pressure of coffee in an espresso coffee machine
An espresso coffee machine including a main boiler, a dispensing group, a secondary boiler, a main water inlet circuit, hydraulically connected to the main boiler and to each secondary boiler and an electronic control unit, where the main water inlet circuit has a booster pump, the machine further includes a pressure sensor, a bypass circuit hydraulically, and a two-way proportional valve configured to recirculate a part of delivery flow of the booster pump on the main water inlet circuit and upstream of the booster pump, in order to maintain a certain coffee extraction pressure value in each dispensing group set in real time by the pressure sensor.
