A grilling sheet assembly for cooking a food item on a cooking grill includes a sheet that is comprised of a thermally conductive material thereby facilitating the sheet to be heated by a cooking grill when the sheet is positioned on the cooking grill. The sheet is comprised of a rigid material thereby facilitating the sheet to support a food item. Additionally, the sheet is corrugated thereby facilitating the sheet to drain grease from the food item to drip below the food item.

SELF-CONTAINED SINGLE USE FUEL SYSTEM FOR IMPROVED AIRFLOW AND EASY CLEAN UP

A self-contained system for grilling including a non-combustible tray, a mesh insert within the tray, defining an air-flow portion below the insert, and a fuel portion above the insert for supporting fuel (e.g., charcoal briquets), with the fuel suspended above the air-flow portion. A plurality of holes may or may not be provided through a lower portion of the tray (e.g., in a lower portion of the sidewall of the tray) to draw combustion air into the air flow portion, below the mesh insert. The system may pre-arrange the fuel in the tray during manufacture, so the user is not required to spread or even touch the briquets, or may be for use with fuel provided by a user. Clean up is very simple, as the entire system can be discarded after a single use, once cooled, as the ash is automatically collected in the bottom of the tray.

In accordance with one embodiment of the invention, there is provided an improved disposable aluminum pan for use with a chaffing rack and a pair of half pans. The pan includes a base terminating to a sidewall and an rim, which terminates to a rolled bead. The pan includes an inside length measured longitudinally across opposing sidewalls from the inside edge of the rim. The inside length is configured to be shorter than a corresponding inside length of an unimproved pan. The pair of half pans when nested side by side in the improved pan can have adjacent sides of the half pans lay without overlap. The pan also allows for a lid to fit better. The pan also includes a deeper well such that the bottom is positioned closer to burners in the chaffing rack and allows more water to be added during the heating process.

An animal carcass cooking and roasting assembly and method of use in an oven, the assembly including a base tray, a liquid container mounted on and connected to the tray in a rack in a spaced apart upright position, the container arranged to receive a substantial amount of heat by conduction from the tray by the use of a tray and container connecting thermal via, the container arranged to fit within an open end of the carcass and wherein the opposite end of the carcass is tightly plugged or closed to form an isostatic chamber to contain liquid evaporated from the container within the carcass during the cooking process.

Paper cooking utensil for induction cookers

A paper cooking utensil includes a paper cooking utensil formed into a food containing part made of a paper sheet. The paper sheet is sealed by an adhesive to form into each of the side sections and a bottom section, with the upper edge of each of the side sections being a flange section acting as a lip for holding the paper cooking utensil. Each of the flange sections is foldably connected along a folded line which folds down outwardly, the central area of the bottom section being attached with an aluminum foil sheet having a geometric shape. The aluminum foil sheet is fixed to the top surface of the bottom section by applying an adhesive only on two edges of the opposite sides, and the aluminum foil sheet is porous and has a thickness range of 10-50 microns with an area of no less than 60 square centimeters.
