Water bagel cookware and method
10548432 · 2020-02-04 ·

A bagel cookware comprises a round bagel tray sized to hold about four bagels in a twelve-inch pot of boiling water. The bagel tray has about four vertical bagel support rods and a central socket comprising a cylindrical collar. This cylindrical collar has a pair of vertical slots to receive a T bar end of a lifting handle. When the handle is twisted the T bar end engages a pair of retainer channels. The handle also has a series of anti-floatation screens so the bagels cannot float while boiling. The chef can use the removable handle to place the cookware in boiling water, then pick up the cookware and place it in an oven. Commercial embodiments could use robotics and hold dozens of bagels on an equivalent apparatus. Alternative embodiments include a stamped anti-flotation screen, a hollow handle rod fitting over the central socket, and the T bar engaged through the central socket. The hollow handle rod embodiment allows a controlled tilting of the entire bagel cookware during the phases of cooking.

The embodiments disclose an apparatus including a food warming system device including an integrated heat tray insert and a food container, wherein the integrated heat tray insert is configured to include a control printed circuit board assembly coupled to a rechargeable battery pack, a plurality of heat dispersing elements coupled to the control printed circuit board assembly and is used to warm food placed in the heat tray insert, and wherein the control printed circuit board assembly is configured to include at least one cellular connectivity device and transceiver for transmitting food status information to a user and receiving user instructions from a user digital device using a food warming system application.

Cookware for searing

An article of cookware has an interior cooking surface that with raised linear or curvilinear bands with an outer layer of a first material that is one of ceramic or metallic in nature to provide cut and abrasion resistance. Valleys or grooves between the raised bands have an outer layer of a second material with low surface energy to facilitate food release and cleaning of debris. The bands are arranged to protect the second material from cutting and abrasion that would damage the second material. The bands aid in enhancing distribution of cooking oil to enhance searing and browning of foods.

COMPOSITE MATERIAL APPLIED TO COOKWARE, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME, AND COOKWARE THEREOF
