Fluorocarbon resin composite, cookware, cooker, roller for office automation equipment, belt for office automation equipment, and method for producing them
A fluorocarbon resin composite includes a fluorocarbon resin layer on a base, in which a fluorocarbon resin constituting the fluorocarbon resin layer is crosslinked by electron beam irradiation, and the base has a desired shape obtained by machining. The fluorocarbon resin is composed of a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer, polytetrafluoroethylene, or a mixture of the tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer and polytetrafluoroethylene. A fluorocarbon resin composite, cookware, and a roller and a belt for use in office automation equipment are each produced by applying an uncrosslinked fluorocarbon resin on a base, subjecting the fluorocarbon resin to electron beam irradiation in a low-oxygen atmosphere to crosslink the fluorocarbon resin while the temperature of the fluorocarbon resin is maintained at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the fluorocarbon resin, and machining the base into a desired shape. There is also provided methods for producing them.
Cooking Vessel Having Concavo-Convex Coating Layer
A cooking vessel having a concavo-convex coating layer formed thereon is provided, in which concavo-convex portions are formed on an outer surface of the cooking vessel and a coating layer is formed on an upper and inner portion of the concavo-convex portions, so that quick cooking can be achieved through an enlarged heat transfer area and prominent heat absorption through the coating layer, scratching or slipping can be prevented from occurring, and cleaning of the cooking vessel can be easily performed through a non-stick function. The cooking vessel includes a vessel portion configured to accommodate a food material to be cooked therein, a first concavo-convex portion formed on an outer surface of the vessel portion and including first projections formed in a solid line and second projections formed in a dotted line, and a coating layer formed on an upper portion and an inner portion of the first concavo-convex portion.
ARTICLE WITH REINFORCED NONSTICK FOOD PREPARATION SURFACE
Cookware surfaces of metal, such as aluminum, may include a nonstick coating and embedded hard metal mesh. The mesh protects the nonstick coating between interior regions within the mesh from being cut or abraded by knives and other tools.
Cooking Utensil With Divider System
The present invention provides a cooking utensil and in particular a frying pan having plurality of compartments. The compartments are formed by separating the inner volume through a divider and preferably a divider running across the center of frying pan which divides the frying pan into substantially two equal halves. The frying pan of present invention is advantageous to allow cooking two dishes at the same time and in a same frying pan without mixing the contents of dish.
GRILL GRATE HAVING GREASE CHANNELS AND DORMERS FOR HEAT AND SMOKE DISTRIBUTION
Grill grates include side walls defining the perimeter of the grill grate and flavor bars, with grease channels between them. The grease channels have continuous, closed bottoms. The flavor bars include dormers. The dormers are configured to direct drippings around the openings, to the grease channels. The dormers can have openings facing substantially towards the grease channels. The grill grates can be formed by methods such as stamping or casting. Stamping the grill grates can include providing metal with flanges and tabs to ensure sufficient material to allow the flavor bars and dormers to be formed, and the grease channels and side walls then sealed through welding. The grill grate can trap drippings in the grease channels while allowing smoke and heat to reach cooked items through the dormers in addition to heat transfer through the material of the flavor bars.
Ceramic coating with scratch resistance and thermal conduction properties
Provided is a ceramic coating intended to be applied on a metal support and having the form of at least a continuous film having a thickness between 2 and 100 μm, this coating comprising a matrix including at least a metal polyalkoxide and wherein are dispersed particles whereof the diameter ranges between 0.01 and 50 μm, said particles being from a material having a thermal conductivity equal to or higher than 10 W.Math.m.sup.−1.Math.K.sup.−1 and a bulk density of at the most 3.9 g/cm.sup.3. Also provided is an article, for example culinary, comprising such a coating and its method of manufacture.
SAUCEPAN
A saucepan is provided, which includes a saucepan body (1) and a handle (2) fixedly attached to the saucepan body (1). The saucepan body (1) includes a bottom (10) and four sidewalls surrounding the bottom (10). The sidewalls (11) are arcuate surface. The sidewalls (11) are connected with the bottom (10) through fillets. The sidewalls of the saucepans according to the embodiments of the present disclosure are designed as arcuate surface. Therefore, the capacity of the saucepans is increased, and the food in the saucepans is easy to be gathered and thus easy to be transferred into tableware. The convenience of use is improved.
GRILLING PAN FOR COOKING PROTEINS
A device for cooking proteins is provided. The device includes first and second pans. Each pan includes a base and an alignment wall. The bases each have a top surface with a non-stick coating. The alignment walls each include a cutout to provide a space for a food product to be disposed therein such that the top surface of the first and second pans cook a food product disposed therein.
COOKING UTENSIL
A cooking utensil 1 of the present disclosure includes a base material 2′ having a cooking region 2a on one main surface side, and a coating film layer 4 applied to one main surface side of the base material 2′, and the coating film layer 4 includes has a thermal conductivity exceeding 85 W/m.Math.K, and includes a primer layer 41 disposed on the base material 2′ side, a top coat layer 43 disposed on the outermost surface, and at least one intermediate layer 42 disposed between the primer layer 41 and the top coat layer 43. Each of the primer layer 41, the intermediate layer 42 and the top coat layer 43 includes ceramic particles 5.
