Low-Temperature Cooking Machine
Disclosed in the present invention is a low-temperature cooking machine. The low-temperature cooking machine comprises a flexible heating unit and a pump, and the pump is used for providing pressure or suction to cause the flexible heating unit to deform and contact and heat food. The low-temperature cooking machine in the present invention is a novel cooking device; under the action of the pump, the flexible heating unit as a heater can be deformed and directly contact food, so as to directly heat and cook the food. The low-temperature cooking machine in the present invention is a novel device and can replace an existing low-temperature cooking device having a constant temperature water bath and a vacuum plastic package machine.
Heated dome for food service
A food delivery apparatus includes a domed shell that defines an interior space. A thermal storage device is secured to the shell so as to direct heat downward to food within the interior space.
DEVICES FOR PROLONGING THE QUALITY OF WARM FOODS
Devices for prolonging the quality of a warm food item contained within the device, the devices include an enclosure, a convection heat source, a ventilation system, and a radiant heat source. The enclosure is configured to receive the warm food item. The convection heat source is mounted inside the enclosure and configured to direct heated air within the enclosure. The ventilation system is mounted to the enclosure and configured to move air through the enclosure. The radiant heat source is mounted inside the enclosure in a position to irradiate the warm food item received in the enclosure. In some examples, the devices include an enclosure, a convection heat source, and a radiant heat source with the convection heat source configured to direct heated air within the enclosure from a plurality of positions along a sidewall from a back to a front of the enclosure.
Drinkware container with active temperature control
An actively heated or cooled mug has a body with a chamber that can receive and hold a beverage and a heating or cooling system disposed at least partially in a cavity below the chamber. The heating or cooling system has a heating or cooling element to actively heat or cool the chamber, power storage devices, and circuitry that controls the operation of the heating or cooling elements. A user interface is electrically connected to the circuitry and has one or more selection members actuatable a) to turn off the one or more heating or cooling element or b) to adjust a temperature setting to one of multiple temperature settings configured to control the one or more heating or cooling elements to heat or maintain the liquid at a user selected temperature.
DRINKWARE CONTAINER WITH ACTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
An actively heated drinkware container includes a vessel with a chamber that receives and holds a volume of liquid. The drinkware container includes a heating module with a first heating element operable to heat one portion of the chamber and a second heating element operable to heat another portion of the chamber, the second heating element spaced from the first heating element. Operation of the first and second heating elements generates a circulation current in the volume of liquid in the chamber that mixes the liquid and diffuses a temperature of the liquid to thereby reduce temperature stratification of the liquid in the chamber and so that a temperature of the liquid throughout the volume of liquid in the chamber is approximately uniform.
Hot food holding station with multi-functional ramp
A hot food holding station is a device that can keep food warm, especially food that has been deep fried or cooked, thereby providing consumers convenience of serving heated ready-to-eat food. The device further ensures that edibles that are being held are evenly heated across the storage unit. In order to accomplish this, the device uses a heated airflow system that includes multiple air flow passages and a multi-functional grease tray ramp. The heated airflow system includes an air blower unit, an airflow unit, a heated air chamber and a food holding compartment that are fluidly communicated with one another. Further, the device utilizes fresh air from the atmosphere for heating the food, thereby preventing recirculation of air within the system.
Beverage heater
This invention relates to temperature control of hot beverages served in mugs/cups. It is particularly well suited for ensuring that temperatures of hot drinks can be maintained in an optimum/preferred range for long periods of time. It can also be used for heating and/or temperature control of other food items such as soups and gravy, as well as fluids/suspensions/slurries in various consumer, commercial and industrial applications. The invention achieves this by utilizing one or more compact heating blocks that comprises an electrical energy storage module with electric heating, power receiving and recharging circuits that are encapsulated together to permit total immersion in a hot drink. During use, these are be added to a drink to maintain it at a high temperature in a manner similar to ice-cubes that are used with cold drinks. A separate charger is then used to charge/recharge the heating block(s) in a non-contact manner after each use.
Drinkware container with active temperature control
An actively heated or cooled cup or mug has a body with a chamber that can receive and hold a beverage and a heating or cooling system disposed in a cavity below the chamber. The heating or cooling system has a heating or cooling element to actively heat or cool the chamber, power storage devices, and circuitry that controls the operation of the heating or cooling elements. A sensor can detect a presence of a liquid in the chamber, the circuitry configured to turn on power to the heating or cooling elements after said liquid is detected and further configured to automatically turn off power to the heating or cooling elements upon receiving a signal indicating that the liquid in the chamber has dropped below a predetermined liquid level or been depleted completely.
