A cooking grate assembly configured for use on a portable radiant heater with a front safety grille. The cooking grate assembly has a flat main cooking grate with an upper/inner end and a lower/outer end, a pair of spaced hook tabs extending from the upper/inner end of the grate that attach to an upper part of the grille, and a pair of inwardly-angled key tabs extending from the lower/outer end of the grate. A pair of detachable legs supports the grate from a lower part of the grille, with a rotatable locking connection to the key tabs on the grate at one end and opposed inner and outer hooks at the other end that both support the grate on the grille and provide a nesting flat interlock to the rear face of the grate for storage.

A burner apparatus which can be used as a side burner for an outdoor grill. The burner apparatus includes a burner head having a plurality of surrounding discharge ports and a flame guide element positioned in the burner head for receiving the combustible gas feed stream. The flame guide element has a plurality of guide openings which discharge the combustible gas stream into the burner head toward the discharge ports such that the combustible gas stream flows out of the discharge ports of the burner head at an angle which is preferably in the range of from 0 to about 30 upward from horizontal. This greatly increases the effectiveness and fuel efficiency of the burner by increasing the flame contact area for a cooking pot placed on the burner, allowing the use of a more shallow burner pan, and allowing the burner head to be raised.

The present invention discloses a heating device for a kettle, comprising an enclosure, a radiator fan, a rack, a core PCB, a wire coil, and a temperature sensor in the enclosure. A heating platform which has a housing cavity is arranged on the upper part of the enclosure. The radiator fan is mounted at the bottom of the enclosure. The rack is fixed inside the enclosure. The core PCB is configured in the lower part of the rack and above the radiator fan. The wire coil which is provided with a heat coil is installed on the rack, and the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the core PCB.

The heating element can be heated by naked flames or electrically. Sufficient heat is transferred to the food basin to obviate the need for water or allows for significantly less water to be used, increasing the safety profile of these chafing dishes.
