ROTISSERIE CLAMP
Rotisserie forks and a basket for use on a motorized elongated spit rod having a central axis and a sharpened tip, wherein the forks or basket have a) a split shaft collar having an opening that slidably receives the spit rod and has an inside diameter, and b) a lever-action quick-release clamp that surrounds the shaft collar, has open and closed lever positions, and which when open enables the shaft collar and fork or basket to move along the spit rod central axis, and which when closed reduces the shaft collar inside diameter so that the fork or basket does not move along the spit rod central axis during rotisserie grilling.
ROTISSERIE SPIT
A ruled rotisserie spit for use in a motorized rotisserie device in a grill. The spit has an elongated spit rod having a central axis and a sharpened tip, a spit rod centerline corresponding to the spit rod center of mass, a food centerline axially displaced from the spit rod centerline and corresponding to a desired midpoint for food that will be grilled using the rotisserie device, and one or more pairs of index marks or other discernible indicia on the spit rod located either side of and equidistant from the food centerline.
Cooking apparatus
A cooking apparatus 20 comprises a body 22 having a base wall 24, side walls 26, a rear wall 28, a top wall 30 and a shelf 34. The shelf 34, top panel 35, and sections of the side walls 26 and rear wall 28 therebetween define a cooking space 40 having an open front 42. The cooking apparatus 20 further comprises a heating means 46 which extends along an internal surface of the rear wall 28 facing the cooking space 40. In the embodiment, the heating means 46 comprises gas ceramic burners 46 for directing and distributing heat towards the cooking space 40 in a substantially uniform manner. A moisture infusion assembly 50 is arranged above the shelf 34 and thus at a lower portion of the cooking space 40.
Multifunction electric oven
A multifunctional electric oven is equipped so that it is easy to change the placement of food and to utilize different heating methods, with high heating efficiency, energy saving and convenient to operation. The multifunctional electric oven comprises a main body assembly, an electric control assembly, an upper acting door, and a side acting door. The electric assembly is located on the main body assembly. The upper acting door and the side acting door are located separately at the top and front of the main body assembly. When the two doors are closed they and the main body assembly together form a closed heating cavity with a heating tube inside. The heating tube can be rotated so as to be placed in a flat position or an upright position. The upper acting door and the side acting door can be opened or closed individually or jointly, to achieve different cooking functional modes.
HEAT-TRANSFORMING CERAMIC ROASTING CYLINDER AND COFFEE BEAN ROASTER USING THE SAME
A heat-transforming ceramic roasting cylinder and a coffee bean roaster using the same are provided. The ceramic roasting cylinder is made by grinding and mixing ball clay, kaolin clay, mullite, spodumene, and an energy ceramic material into a clay blank; molding the clay blank into ceramic green bodies; and sintering the ceramic green bodies at 12501320 C. for 1824 hours. The ceramic roasting cylinder has an internal roasting space where coffee beans are loaded. The ceramic roasting cylinder also has evenly distributed capillary pores through which heat can circulate to induce the energy ceramic material in the roasting cylinder to release negative ions and far-infrared rays. The far-infrared rays can reduce the van der Waals forces between the oil molecules in the coffee beans instantly, splitting large oil molecules into smaller ones, ensuring the oil in the beans are released sufficiently, evenly, and rapidly to the vicinity of the bean surface.
Device for individually cooking a plurality of culinary preparations
A device for cooking culinary preparations, includes: a cooking chamber, capable of simultaneously receiving several individual culinary preparations, a primary heater, arranged in order to heat the cooking chamber and deliver a thermal power called primary thermal power to at least one part of the culinary preparations, a moveable plate, inside the cooking chamber, and including at least one plurality of cooking sites, each being arranged in order to receive a culinary preparation, and secondary heater, including a plurality of heating elements, arranged in order to follow the displacement of the moveable plate, each heating element being associated with one of the cooking sites and being arranged in order to heat preferentially the top of this cooking site by delivering a thermal power called secondary thermal power.
MULTI-FUNCTION COOKING OVEN HAVING HORIZONTALLY AND VERTICALLY ORIENTED COOKING ELEMENTS AND MULTI-POSITION HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL ROTATION DEVICES
Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a multi-function cooking oven having horizontally and vertically oriented heating elements and cooking functions that configure horizontal and vertical position, horizontal and vertical rotation, radiation and superheated air circulation for cooking food within the oven enclosure. Cooking functions include horizontal rotisserie, vertical rotisserie, baking, warming, dehydrating, pizza, barbecuing, kebabs, toasting, boiling, and air frying. Depending on the cooking function, a timer is set for turning on and off the horizontally and vertically oriented heating elements and a fan providing heated airflow within the oven enclosure. The timer also controls rotation of a vertical axis turntable assembly and a horizontal spit assembly configured with or without a wire drum. In an air fryer function configuration, a wire cage containing food is mounted in close proximity to the vertically oriented heating element on the back wall of the oven enclosure vertically oriented heating element and rotated to bring the food into a superheated region of the oven close to the vertically oriented heating element. Operating in a baking function, the turntable assembly is mounted within in a bottom slot of the oven with its mechanical gear linkage set in a first position to engage a motor for vertical axis rotation of the baked goods. When operating in a pizza cooking function, the vertical axis turntable assembly is mounted within a slot in the middle of the oven enclosure with its gear linkage rotated into a second position to engage the motor for vertical axis rotation of the turntable.
