Corn Preparation System
The present invention discloses a system for providing roasted corn to a consumer. The system includes a venue having at least one boiling assembly, at least one roasting assembly, at least one storage component, and at least one deep-frying assembly. A user performs the steps of parboiling an ear of corn followed by roasting the ear of corn. A flavoring agent is applied to the ear of corn before it is provided to the consumer.
Food Cooking Appliance For Cooking A Food Product Disposed On A Substrate
A food cooking appliance for cooking a food product disposed on a substrate is disclosed. The food cooking appliance comprises a gas burner disposed below the substrate. The gas burner includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced flame openings and a radiant disposed above and proximate to the spaced flame openings. Heat generated by flames emanating from the spaced flame openings heats the radiant, causing the radiant to radiate heat, to increase the overall heat transferred to the substrate by the burner.
ROTISSERIE ASSEMBLY FOR AN OVEN
A rotisserie assembly connected to at least a portion of a rack of an oven, the rotisserie assembly including a main rod to receive food thereon, a first elevating rack connected to a first end of the main rod and disposed on the rack to elevate the main rod a distance away from the rack, a second elevating rack connected to a second end of the main rod and disposed on the rack to elevate the main rod the distance away from the rack, and a motor connected to at least a portion of the first elevating rack to rotate the main rod in response to rotation of the motor.
CONTROLLER OF AN INDUSTRIAL-ROBOTIC-AIR-FRYING SYSTEM (IRAFS)
A technique is disclosed for managing an industrial-robotic-air-frying system (IRAFS) by a controller. An example of such a controller can be associated with a non-transitory computer readable storage device. The storage device may store executable instructions that when executed cause a processor at a controller of the IRAFS to manage a process of air-frying frozen products. Products such as but not limited to frozen french-fries.
FRYING BASKET (FrB) TO BE USED BY AN INDUSTRIAL-ROBOTIC-AIR-FRYING SYSTEM (IRAFS)
A new frying basket (FrB) is disclosed. The new FrB may comprise a basket and a cover. The basket is configured to obtain food-products and contains them along an air-frying process. The cover is configured to be associated with the basket for keeping the food-products in the basket and converting the FrB into a closed-FrB. Wherein the closed-FrB is configured to be used in an industrial-robotic-air-frying system (IRAFS) and wherein during the air-frying process the closed-FrB is revolved.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FRYING FOOD PRODUCTS BY AN INDUSTRIAL-ROBOTIC-AIR-FRYING SYSTEM (IRAFS)
A new industrial-robotic-air-frying system (IRAFS) is disclosed. The new IRAFS may comprise a motion system, a dispenser that is configured to deliver one or more types of frozen products, and one or more air-frying Units (AFUs). Wherein the motion system is configured to take an empty frying-basket (FrB), to convey the empty FrB toward the dispenser for loading a certain amount of a certain frozen product into the FrB, and to convey the loaded FrB into an AFU from the one or more AFUs.
Solid fuel cooking range
A solid fuel cooking range is described herein. Embodiments enable the user to cook food on an upper grill while simultaneously heating a separate dish in a lower oven. In certain embodiments, heat may be applied to the oven from both the top and bottom. Heat and airflow may be controlled using a shroud which does not enclose the sides of the upper cooking area and separate end plates. Embodiments may be portable and lightweight which enables the solid fuel cooking range to be used while traveling and in emergency situations.
OVEN ROTISSERIE
A system and method for cooking food on a rotisserie in a conventional oven includes setting an oven thermostat to a desired cooking temperature. As spring on a mechanical drive motor is wound and a spit is placed through meat. The spit is then placed on a support to hold the meat in a substantially horizontal position, and the spit is coupled to a mechanical drive motor. The oven rotisserie and meat are placed into the oven to commence a cooking operation. The spit is rotated intermittently via the mechanical drive motor during the cooking operation in accordance with operation of an escapement and gear of the mechanical drive motor. The oven rotisserie and meat are removed from the oven after completion of the cooking operation.
Counter top cooking appliance
A counter top electric appliance optimally performs a variety of cooking modes with both radiant and convective heat sources as well as control means for controlling the timing and intensity of the heat sources. A driver turns food about either a horizontal or a vertical axis of rotation suitable for the specific food and recipe. A hinged door supports the food to be cooked so that in one location the food is caused to be turned by the drive means and in another location the food is loaded into or removed the appliance, external of the cooking compartment, to be easily handled by the operator.
