The invention is a multi-firepot pellet grill that provides zoned cooking. The design incorporates two or more heat sources, strategically positioned within the cooking chamber, to provide consistent and even heat distribution, enabling a wider variety of cooking techniques, including zone cooking. In one or more embodiments, the invention incorporates a PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller with or without altitude compensation technology to maintain precise temperature control.

A multi-power-source motor assembly for a rotisserie includes: a housing with a receiving space, in whose lower portion a battery or a mobile power pack can be mounted; a fixing base mounted in an upper portion of the receiving space; a motor and a reduction gear unit, both mounted on the fixing base, wherein the reduction gear unit has an input gear meshing with the motor and an output gear provided with an output shaft for connecting with a spit; battery connections and a mobile power pack socket, both mounted in the lower portion of the receiving space, wherein the battery connections are connectable to the battery, and the mobile power pack socket is connectable to the mobile power pack; and a power switch mounted on the housing and electrically connected to the battery connections, the mobile power pack socket, and the motor in order to control power supply to the motor.

A new and versatile cooking utensil designed for making Tacos al Pastor, and other meats, at home. The cooking utensil has a chrome coated steel base on which slices of pork and pineapple, or other food ingredients, can be layered onto a removable skewer. From the base of the cooking utensil protrudes a handle providing ease of maneuverability and transportation of the ingredients. The utensil and ingredients may be placed in any standard sized oven, or grill, for cooking.

The subject matter described herein includes a method of operating a grill having a food containing assembly. The method includes installing a first cooking grate in a perimeter grate frame and in spaced-apart relationship to a second cooking grate to which food is placed on. The method also includes cooking the food for a period of time and translating the food containing assembly, where the perimeter grate frame rotates at least 180 degrees from an original position. The method also includes cooking the food for an additional period of time, translating the food containing assembly to the original position, displacing the first cooking grate from the perimeter grate frame, and removing the food.

Cooking of marshmallows and other food items uses simultaneous, multi-axial rotation for uniform browning over heat and open flame. The apparatus includes an elongate, hollow tube having proximal and distal ends, and a rod having proximal and distal ends disposed within the elongate hollow tube. An air fryer with a flip function includes a body and an internal cavity installed in a lower interior of the body. A first wind wheel is mounted on an inner side at an upper end of the internal cavity. A heating pipe is installed below the first wind wheel. A partition is arranged above the internal cavity within the body. A cold circulation channel is formed between the internal cavity, the partition and the body. A second wind wheel is mounted on an upper end of the cold circulation channel. A detachable flip rack is horizontally provided in a middle portion of the internal cavity. A drive motor is arranged on an outer side of the internal cavity to drive one end of the detachable flip rack to rotate. An opening is provided on one side of the inner cavity. A rotary barbeque apparatus with a forward-reverse motor includes a machine, a cover, a barbeque tray, an electric heating tray, a temperature detection device, and a barbeque rack. A drive motor is installed at an end of the barbeque rack. The temperature detection device includes a temperature sensor and a temperature control device. The temperature sensor transmits a detected temperature to the temperature control device through a transmission cable. The drive motor is a forward-reverse motor. The temperature sensor is a probe directly inserted into a barbeque food for detecting the temperature of the barbeque food, so that a user may determine whether or not the food is cooked to effectively prevent the barbeque food from producing harmful chemical substances by a too-high temperature. To prevent damaging the transmission cable of the temperature sensor in the rotation of the barbeque rack, a forward-reverse rotating drive motor is adopted.
