Oven with moving solid fuel bed
A rotisserie oven for cooking food, eg spatchcock chicken, comprises an oven enclosure (23), a solid fuel conveyor (2) for conveying a burning solid fuel (eg charcoal) bed through the oven enclosure, and a food conveyor (3) crossing the solid conveyor transversely within the oven enclosure. The charcoal is lit outside the oven enclosure by a gas burner (21) and high temperature combustion, eg at 250 C. to 450 C., is supported by a jet of hot air (c) injected by a hot air blower (19) into the oven enclosure. Hot combustion gas circulates within the enclosure and the speed of the solid fuel conveyor is controlled in response to the output signal of a thermocouple (17) to maintain a desired cooking temperature.
Systems and Methods For Using A Thermoelectric Module (TEM) Device For Uniform Heating
Systems and methods for using a thermoelectric module (TEM) device include TEM(s) configured to generate electricity based on a temperature differential, a motor and shaft, and first and second roller components. The motor is coupled to the TEM(s) and configured to rotate the shaft in a first direction of rotation upon receipt of electricity from the TEM(s) based on the temperature differential. The first roller component is coupled to the shaft, which is configured to rotate the first roller component in the first direction of rotation. The second roller component is coupled to the first roller component and is configured to support a heatable item. Rotation of the first roller component in the first direction is configured to rotate the second roller component in a second direction of rotation such that the heatable item supported by the second roller component is rotated in the first direction of rotation.
Barbecue with spit functionality
A barbecue (20) with spit functionality, the barbecue (20) including: a barbecue body (22) having a first opening (28) and a second opening (30); a first spit support member (24) mounted in the first opening (28) and settable at a storage position, in which the first spit support member (24) is substantially contained within the barbecue body (22), or one or more use positions, in which the first spit support member (24) at least partially protrudes from the barbecue body (22); a second spit support member (26) mounted in the second opening (30) and settable at a storage position, in which the second spit support member (26) is substantially contained within the barbecue body (22), or one or more use positions, in which the second spit support member (26) at least partially protrudes from the barbecue body (22); and a spit rod (34) releasably engageable with the first and second spit support members (24 and 26) when the first and second spit support members (24 and 26) are in their respective use positions.
Automatic rotating grill machine
Provided is an automatic rotating grill machine which can be used at home or elsewhere so that an ordinary user can enjoy new pleasure and leisure time. An automatic rotating grill machine is a machine that cooks a food item that is a cooking target, by heating while rotating the food item held on a rotating skewer member. The automatic rotating grill machine includes a housing, a wheel attached to the housing, a heating portion including a heating source provided in the housing or a heating source placement tool on which the heating source is to be placed, a driving device which rotates the rotating skewer member in a given position where the food item can be heated by the heating portion, and a driving control device configured to supply power to a driving source for the driving device and to control driving.
MOVABLE TYPE GRILL ROASTER
The present invention discloses a movable type grill roaster. In the present invention, bucket depressions and a rod rolling part are provided in a chain. Accordingly, when grilling rods constituting a grill roasting plate are sequentially transferred via the chain, the grilling rods may be transferred while being rolled. The phenomenon in which meat adheres to the grilling rods is prevented. The sequentially supplied grilling rods are arranged at stable locations, and thus there is overcome the problem in which meat falls between the grilling rods constituting a grill roasting plate. When the grilling rods fall to a collection container, the falling grilling rods may be evenly distributed without being concentrated on any one point in the collection container via a fall guide piece. The convenience in use is improved during a grilling rod supply process, a meat roasting process, and a grilling rod collection process.
Meat Grill Installation
A meat grill installation for preparing large quantities of meat, and a method of preparing such large quantities of meat. Embodiments of the meat installation comprise various features, including a detachable horizontal cylindrical carrier comprising a series of meat fixators, a motor, heaters, at least two position adapters for maintaining each individual heater at a predetermined distance from the cylindrical carrier, at least one temperature sensor, a conveyer belt located underneath the cylindrical carrier for receiving and transporting heated meat, a cutter for removing a slice of a predetermined thickness of meat from the detachable cylindrical carrier, and at least one controller for driving the motor, for maintaining and/or adapting a temperature of each individual heater, for driving the at least two position adapters, for receiving the sensor output, for providing feedback to at least one heater, and for controlling thickness of slices of meat.
Type of Ceramic Roaster-purpose Light Rocker Arm
Here, a ceramic roaster-purpose light rocker arm is disclosed, which belongs to technology field of ceramic roaster and includes casing, rotation shaft, roaster body and cover. Both ends of rotation shaft penetrates the casing and are connected with rotation shaft and casing. The inner wall of the casing is movably connected with lower anchor chain foot and the lower anchor chain foot is fixed with roaster body. The inner wall of casing through the shaft is movably connected with upper anchor chain foot. The inner wall of upper anchor chain foot is connected with rail shaft. The inner wall of the upper anchor chain foot is fixed with retainer and the surface of the rotation shaft is provided with torsion spring. The torsion spring provides a buffer force, which makes the roaster cover opened merely with a finger-force.
