System and Method for Cooking a Food Product
A system for cooking a food product may include a base, a hub, a plurality of cooking plates, a plurality of wipers, a spatula assembly, a backstop, an infrared (IR) sensor, and a proximity sensor. The hub may rotate relative to the base. The cooking plates are rotatable with the hub among a plurality of cooking stations. The wipers extend outward from a periphery of the hub. The backstop may be fixed relative to the base and may include one or more additional wipers contacting one or more of the cooking plates. The spatula assembly may cooperate with the backstop to pick up the food product from the one of the cooking stations. The IR sensor may measure a temperature of the food product on one of the cooking plates. The proximity sensor may detect a position of the food product on one of the cooking plates.
Air flow cooking device
A domestic cooking appliance (1) comprising a means for receiving (2) bulk food items (100) and a heating means comprising a means (3) for generating an air flow (4), wherein the means (3) for generating an air flow (4) comprises an air outlet (5) and an air inlet (6). The device (1) also comprises a screen (7) which is disposed relative to the air outlet (5) and the air inlet (6) such that it is possible to force the air flow (4) to effect a movement to obviate the screen (7) in order to return to the air inlet (6) from the reception means (2) onwards.
CREPE MAKER WITH ROTATING HEATING PLATE
An electrically powered crepe maker having a generally cylindrical base unit with an open top portion and a closed bottom portion. A heater element is disposed adjacent the top portion. A bushing is centered within the base unit connected at one end to the bottom portion of the base unit. The bushing has a second end extending to below a plane extending across the open top portion. A generally cylindrical heater plate having a top surface and a bottom surface includes a shaft extending from and centered on the bottom surface. At least one handle is connected to an outer edge of the heater plate. The shaft engages with the bushing so that the heater plate is rotatable on the base unit by using the at least one handle for stopping and starting the rotation of the heater plate.
COOKING STONE APPARATUS WITH ROTATABLE COOKING SURFACE
A cooking stone apparatus with a rotatable cooking surface for use in conventional ovens, barbecue grills and the like includes a stationary bottom support plate and a cooking stone rotatably supported on top of the stationary bottom support plate. The cooking stone has a perimeter edge with one or more engagement points for receiving a tangential force without slippage, such that when a tangential force is applied to any of the one or more engagement points, the cooking stone rotates about the perpendicular axis of the support plate.
Spiral oven apparatus and method of cooking
A spiral oven and a method of cooking a food product in a spiral oven using a cooking medium wherein (a) the food product is conveyed within the oven cooking chamber by a spiral conveyor having a plurality of spiral flites and (b) the cooking medium is discharged either upwardly and/or downwardly within, or laterally into, one or more vertical gaps between adjacent pairs of spiral flites using one or more delivery duct structures which extend inside the interior of the cooking chamber.
Multifunctional food roaster
Various embodiments of a multifunctional food roaster are provided. In one embodiment, it can be vertically-disposed and horizontally-disposed during roasting and processing, and is provided with an oven body component, a driving device, a roasting component, a heating device and a control system; the oven body component comprises a pedestal, an oven body and an upper cover which are mutually assembled and connected, the driving device is arranged in the pedestal, the heating device is arranged in the oven body, the roasting component is separately arranged in the oven body; the driving device and the heating device are connected to a power supply respectively through the control system, the roasting component is connected with and driven by the driving device to rotate in the oven body. The roaster can be used to roast and process various kinds of foods safely and evenly, and is also easier to be operated.
Gyratable grilling device
A gyratable grilling device allows attached food to be rotated about two different axes and the height between attached food and a heat source to be adjusted for desired cooking results. The gyratable grilling device includes an extension arm, a support lever, a support sleeve, a plurality of food-attaching assemblies, an anchoring fulcrum, and a locking mechanism. The extension arm, through connection to the support lever, allows attached food to be rotated about one axis. The support lever, through connection to the support sleeve and the anchoring fulcrum, allows attached food to be rotated about another axis. The plurality of food-attaching assemblies allows food to be attached to the extension arm. The anchoring fulcrum allows the gyratable grilling device to be mounted to a structure. The locking mechanism holds the support sleeve at a specific angle to achieve a desired height between the attached food and the heat source.
Automated Food Patty Cooking Apparatus
An automated food patty cooking apparatus comprising a horizontal rotating griddle with dividers which automatically fries hamburger/sandwich patties. A dispensing component loaded with various patties comprises horizontal trays stacked on top of one another that moves vertically up and down and dispenses a desired patty. The patties keep on rotating and after being cooked on one side, flipped over one by one and cooked on the opposite side using a flipper capable of moving either direction. After the patties are cooked, the flipper lifts them off the griddle and tilts them up, to slide them down a chute onto a conveyor belt or storage bin. The apparatus utilizes a real time Artificial Intelligence control module capable of predicting future demands, prepares patties in advance and optimizes cooking temperature, rotational speed, number of rotations, flipping action, and is fed orders electronically from customers online or from kiosks.
COOKING-CONVEYING-BATCHING APPARATUS
A cooking-conveying-batching apparatus for automatic cooking and food production. It uses the principle of rotation to cook, convey and formulate batching. Cooking containers are rotated by a curved bevel track that lowers the cooking containers into a heat source cooker. At the end of the cooking process the cooking containers are raised and rotate to deposit the cooked food into conveying containers. The conveying containers rotate towards a batching container that deposits ingredients into the food-containing conveying containers..
